★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan dari sini mau ganti kartu ATM, tapi karena masalah perubahan data jadi harus konfirmasi ke cabang pembuka rekening walhasil gak bisa langsung dapet kartu ATM yg baru. Berhubung sudah terlanjur antre 1,5jam jadi lanjutin aja proses disini karena jauh dan lama lagi kalo harus ke cabang merdeka dan antre lagi?
Sebenernya kakak" customer servisnya ramah dan baik, jelas juga kog informasinya hanya saja beda nasabah beda pula keluhan nya dan beda pula cepat/tidak nya memahami/menerima info dan penjelasan kakak" customer service nya (yg gampang mudeng ya cepet yg lambat mudeng ya lama pasti nya) dan yang antre berasa lama banget padahal hanya 3 atau 4 orang lagi tapi bisa nunggu hampir 1 jam baru dipanggil.
I just wanted to change my ATM card from here, but because of the data change problem, I had to confirm with the branch that opened the account as a result, I couldn't get a new ATM card right away. Since you've already queued for 1.5 hours, just continue the process here because it's far and longer if you have to go to the independent branch and queue again ?
Actually, brother, the customer service is friendly and good, it's also clear that the information is just different, different customers have different complaints and it's different how fast/don't they understand/receive information and explanations, brother, customer service (which is easy, fast, slow, takes a long time) sure) and the queue feels really long even though there are only 3 or 4 people left but can wait almost 1 hour before being called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bulan puasa buka jam 8.30 tapi sampai jam 8.40 belum ada pelayanan, padahal nasabah sudah banyak mengantri diluar.
The fasting month opens at 8.30 but until 8.40 there is no service, even though many customers have queued up outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nyaman, pegawainya ramah, pelayanan cepat dan tepat, CS dan Tellernya udah paham banget gimana kerjanya, gak kayak bank BUMN sebelah, intenet banking keblokir aja bingung wkwkwk
The place is comfortable, the employees are friendly, the service is fast and precise, the CS and the teller already really understand how it works, it's not like the state-owned bank next door, the internet banking is just blocked confused
