β β β β β The room is spacious. The bed is extremely good, I was very pleased with it. The shower was relaxing. Just please improve the taste and options for the breakfast menu and provide the smart TV that could be connected with HDMI or have Netflix. It would be much great. Overall I am very excited to stay at ALoft Wachid Hasyim and def will come back

β β β β β My experience of staying in this hotel was absolutely wonderful!. The room was very good and bed was comfy. AC been set at very comfortable temperature & cozy to gain good sleep.
The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly especially Mba Yossi. I like all the hospitality from the staff.
I'd definitely back to stay at Aloft Hotel one day.

β β β β β Would give 5 if the swimming pool weren't disappointing. The bed is great and they provide huge pillows. The food is okay; they try to serve a wide range of selections for a 3-star hotel but don't quite deliver the flavor, meaning I don't look forward to having a second round.

β β β β β Thankyou Aloft Hotel Wahid Hasyim. I have a wonderful experience spending 5 days of quarantine here. All the staffs are very friendly, helpful, and always give fast respond (most important), and food is good too. Everything is well-organized. They took a good care from arrival at the airport, the services, to last the day of my stay. Highly recommended for those who wants to experience a worry-free quarantine with an affordable price.

β β β β β Just come out from quarantine here. The staffs are top notch. I arrived on Saturday, after picked up baggage, near exit there's aloft staff ready to help and coordinate with the car. They use golden bird which is one group with blue bird. Fyi our passport were kept by the hotel. The check in process is smooth.
I'm a picky eater, I can't eat most of their menu and they tried to offer other foods. The food itself are good, but it arrived cold, only the soup is still warm. They complied with everything we need and fast response too.
We finished quarantine 1 day early due to new policy, and they calculate the price based on how long we stayed. They test us yesterday around 8pm and the result come out precisely on 12pm when we check out. The checkout is a bit long, around 20-30 minutes since we need to wait the staff to come up and pick up our baggage.
Just one issue during my quarantine, I could hear people talking from next doors if they are talking a bit loud.

β β β β β Basic hotel. Rooms were fine. Water was lukewarm in the shower. Amenities were limited. It's fine for a short stay and was fairly priced. But there was nothing special about the hotel. They also didn't correctly count my room nights so I'm currently working that out.

β β β β β Repatriation (quarantine) package; kind sized bed room.
The room is nice and clean but a bit too small for quarantining. There are 3 meals a day and a coffee break (snack) - it's more than enough, never really finished the full meal.
One can order snacks and more food and coffee/bears from a room service menu.
Pretty good and stable wifi to work.
The bed is amazing and the view is nice.

β β β β β Free smoker not suitable for smokers but lobby have smokers area, excellent staff, excellent room, good services, try to check in here, first hotel that hotel have a guard dog (German Shepard) for security purpose. Well-done Aloft Hotel Wahid Hasyim. Central Jakarta but still silence environment not to noise. 3 day 2 night here, for culinary both menu good Indonesia or Western. Keep it up
