β β β β β the service, cleanliness, and and amenities are IMPECCABLE! Vicky at the reception desk was super helpful to ensure a smooth check-in and my stay was pleasant. I would definitely come again and already plan to do a writing retreat here next year. unfortunately, 4 stars given because the internet connection at the 1st level was very very slow and I ended up tethering via my phone to be able to work. I was already settled in and too exhausted to request to move to another room. some other guests complimented their fast internet connection, so my suggestion will be either staff checking the internet connection speed at 1st level or guests who stay to work avoiding to get assigned in a room at 1st level.

β β β β β My trip was very good experience especially the hotel Ashley Wahid Hasyim, where i stayed. Special thanks also to Mr.Vicky for excellent service! Affordable price, nice view, friendly staff, and also minimalist clean set up. Recommended to stay at this hotel.

β β β β β I have recently book Thier valentine package and was very fortunate to enjoy Ashley's suite. Room was spacious, bed is clean and decorations were simply too lovely. Thanks to Jenny, desti and vickry for thier exceptional great service. Strongly recommend for any couple/tourist to choose this hotel

β β β β β Good breakfast, friendly staff(with a little language barrier but not a problem), decent price for the hotel rooms but only complaint is the size of the wardrobe, can't hang clothes properly there. If you're staying in Jakarta for just a few days, I'd recommend this hotel.

β β β β β I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with a one-year old and brought with me plenty of baby foods that will go spoiled if they're not chilled. The fridge in the room was broken & when I complained the staffs were giving ridiculous statements like their fridge is not used for chilling purpose, but for storage purpose only (???) And when I asked to see their GM they said he's already off duty. It was a Friday at 7PM. I asked him to see me the next day and he's apparently off too on Saturdays & Sundays. I've traveled a lot for work & pleasure and never found hotel GMs so unreachable & are off on weekends. Avoid this hotel if you want a decent service.

β β β β β The room is very small, but the bed, pillow is cozy, bath room is good, wort for the money. But when night comes, you will smell unpleasant smell on the parking lot and in the drop off area in front lobby. Breakfast is so so

β β β β β I came here for a short staycation. My experience here was so good it's surprising to me. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, I asked for a quiet room and the room was indeed very quiet despite of having rooms around me was occupied by other guests but it was never noisy. I had a good time, will totally come back. The bathtub is big as well, it's been a while since I last find a hotel with a bathtub so big I can stretch my legs all the way ?

β β β β β Nice hotel for the price. The staff is responsive, friendly. The room is clean, cleaning every day. Of the minuses: an unpleasant smell comes from the toilet, especially in the morning. We lived for a week, in the first 2 days we got to the buffet, without chic, but there is a choice, the next days there were boxes - every day the same thing! A wish to the hotel management, do not send employees at 8 am to ask about laundry or cleaning. People are sleeping, especially if there is a difference in time zones, it takes a long time to rebuild.
Everything else went well. Close to shopping malls.
