Fast response, and they make everything easier, friendlier, & comfortable.
They also provide self service drinks and candies for customers who are waiting for their turn to meet the customer services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I am not satisfied with the services, because they can not cancel my e-claim after I upload document (one of document failed to upload and I want to resubmit, in order to re-upload I have to ask the Representative office to cancel the e-claim).. Even Android apps they has an application to register and unregistered.. So I have to wait and continue with the process (take almost 2 weeks).. What a wasted time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before you visit to the BPJS office, make sure all documents ready and you already register too on e-claim on Apps or Web for queueing. All staffs here will help you guide all the process..unfortunately they cannot help me to unreg my e-claim (cause of others document unsuccessful to upload in to the Apps), and they suggest me to wait confirmation after I get schedule to verify on the next 14 days.. What a wasted time..
