β β β β β Like the hospitality; clean room; good facility i.e air conditioning, hot water, and very good wi-fi connection. Only the signal in the 1st floor to make a phone call is very bad.

β β β β β There is not much choice of budget hotels in Jakarta (at least my experience). There are several of them on Jl. Jaksa, the price is usually moreless the same. We paid 160000 IDR / night for a double room with AC, bathroom inside. The room was pretty ok, we even got a window. Unfortunately, also a lot mosquitoes (although we got the AC there).
Breakfast included - toasted bread, butter, egg, coffee. It was better than we expected on such a kind of hotel. ---
Well, it's not a "nice" hotel, comparing other places in Indonesia it's overpriced. On the other hand, better than e.g. Djody's (cleaner, nicer room, window, better breakfest) which is the same price. ---
Other experience - another time we were in Jakarta and just needed to take a shower. Came to Tator, asked the guy to let us shower for some small fee, refused. In Djody, no problem, they let us for 20000 IDR.

β β β β β Terribly not recommended hotel! Impolite officer, there is almost no smile, no say hello, seems like so doubt about costumer who's stealing their blanket and towels. Water is not working few days.You must be worry about shower time!

β β β β β Tator hotel located at Jalan Jaksa behind Sarinah building. Cozy place with reasonable price, close to anywhere you wanna go cause it's located in the heart of central jakarta near by bundaran HI, Monas, Istiqlal Mosque, Pasar baru and so many more. The only thing I was little bit disappointed was because the hot water for shower is not hot then when I tried to get some rest there were noise from the ceiling which is I believed caused by the mouses.

β β β β β Breakfast is ok (fried rice with omelette and coffee) and I was able to shower after check out. However, the staff wasn't very friendly, the bed sheets were stained, the bathroom small and shared with 7 other people. The plus side: dorm prices with single cubicles but not like in a hostel as there is no typical space to socialise with others. Conclusion: nicer and cheaper places can definitely be found especially by booking it directly and not via a booking page.

β β β β β This place has good location in the heart of Jakarta, and is located in a popular neighborhood for backpackers. The place is proper for a budget stay. The air-conditioned room is definitely necessary for the hot climate of Jakarta, and quite clean.

β β β β β Good location in the heart of Jakarta. Helpful staff and basic breakfast included with the room. Facilities are old and air-con can be noisy (and it's required with hot weather). Free internet. Good budget option that could improve.

β β β β β This hotel is smell badly. Old building. Mosquitoes everywhere. Everything is broken, the air-conditioning, shower, TV etc. The price is expensive. Bad service. Don't stay at this hotel. Stay in Dafam Express Hotel instead. Located at the same street. The price is the same, yet everything is the opposite.
