Buruk sekali pelayanan cs.nya,, Gk kaya bank2 lainnya,,baru liat cs tidak ada ramah2nya

HATI-HATI ITU NOMOR PENIPU, JANGAN SESEKALI ANDA MEMBERIKAN INFORMASI PENTING TERKAIT DENGAN AKUN BANK ANDA. SAYA TELAH TERTIPU OLEH NO TERSEBUT, DAN NO ITU JUGA TELAH MENGAMBIL SALDO REKENING DI ATM SAYA.
BEWARE THAT'S A SCAM NUMBER, DO NOT ONCE YOU PROVIDE IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE BEEN FOOLED BY SUCH NO, AND THAT NO HAS ALSO TAKEN ACCOUNT BALANCES AT MY ATM.

Bln okt 2021 cairkan BSU bpjs. Dtng jm 6 dpt antrian no 10. brhubung dkt rmh pulng dl. Trs jm 8:15 dtng lg ke BRI.trnyata sudah masuk antrian ke 8/9. Ga lama d pangil.proses cepat cs nya ga se ribet tmn" bilng d BRI tmpt lain.ga lama langsung ke teller langsung cair dah.

Pelayanan teller sangat buruk, mau ambil uang sendiri saja di persulit, emang mau ambil bantuan, dan tellernya malah ngomelΒ²

Pelayanan CS nya kurang bgt menurut saya, seperti menyepelekan dan ketus, mau bagaimanapun saya tetap nasabah. Awal saya mau memperbaiki m banking karena kesalahan saya lupa ID dan pasword nya, dikata ini mah bisa dari rumah, saya sudah mencoba dari rumah dan karena memang lupa 22nya saya harus datang ke bank langsung dong, dapat pelayanan kurang baik dan kurang sopan, saya tekankan lagi bisa atau tidak mb, mb nya bilang yaudah saya bantu (kesannya seperti tidak ikhlas) pas lagi proses mb nya tanya ada pulsa atau tidak (untuk verifikasi email) saya bilang ada mb tapi memang sms nya belum masuk, cs nya dengan nada ketusnya bilang lagi beneran ada pulsa nya cek lagi (seakan2 seperti menyepelakan) mungkin yg dimaksd dia memang benar, tapi mohom sikap dan bahasa diperbaiki lagi, karena walau bagaimanapun kami tetap nasabah, terima kasih. Teruntuk CS atas nama Elda, tq.

At first I wanted to fix m banking because it was a mistake I forgot the ID and password, this said I can do it from home, I've tried it from home and because I forgot I had to come to the bank directly, I got poor and impolite service, I emphasize can you do it or not, mb, the mb says yes, I can help (it doesn't seem sincere) when the mb process asks whether there is credit or not (for email verification) I said yes, but the sms hasn't come in yet, the cs in a curt tone said again, there's really a pulse, check again (as if he's ignoring it) maybe what he means is right, but please correct the attitude and language, because after all we are still customers, thank you. Pelayanan CS nya sangat judes, Ketus, tidak ramah, dan minim informasi. Apa Pihak BRI gak ada niat ganti si CS nya? Yang komentar pelayanan CS buruk gak sedikit loh. Jangan buta dan tuli terhadap keluhan konsumen.
