Naik adalah gedung utama dua lantai, lantai bawah untuk kamar-kamar tidur, lantai atas adalah ruang pertemuan. Kamar tidur dibuat seperti ruang tidur asrama dengan tempat tidur panggung, yakni lantai yang dibuat lebih tinggi dan ditutup dengan busa kasur. Rancangan ini memudahkan para pegawai untuk merawat kamar dan menjaganya agar tetap bersih. Kamar ramah pegawai, mereka menyebutnya.
Di bagian belakang adalah lapangan dan sebuah ruang pertemuan yang lebih kecil. Anda bisa melakukan kegiatan outdoor di area ini.
Selain itu, di samping area utama yang terdiri dari 3 tempat kegiatan tersebut, ada area untuk kegiatan outbond. Banyak pelatihan kepemimpinan dilangsungkan di area outbond ini.
Tarif per hari di sini cukup murah. Jika Anda mahasiswa dengan jumlah kurang lebih hampir 200, per hari Anda bisa menggunakan fasilitas ini lengkap dengan makan dan snak dengan membayar kurang lebih Rp100.000 per hari.
