★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the national reserve for water resources. Taken from Kali Progo, its water flowing 60km to the east up to Kali Opak. Its irrigated the Karangtalun irrigation system along its route. The intake itself offers a fascinating view of Kali Progo and its valleys. A good playground for kids play, outdoor activity, jogging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya bendungan yang historis, yang juga merupakan pintu air selokan mataram. i cant tell why, but somehow i enjoyed my time here in peace. good place to go if you have some stress build and want to relax somewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place to see a wonderful worked people in the past to build the canal of selokan Mataram which the water come from Progo rivers. During the raining season the number of water level is raising so it can help farmer to irrigate the land , even in dry season it can help too. The main road now is getting better than in the past . Besides that some people doing fishing or just relax enjoy the rivers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is beautiful irrigation system built by Dutch during world war 2. Stunning view of green trees along the sides with fresh breeze of Progo river Will give you a tranquil experience. Perfect place to have a family picnic . Bring your colouring book and skecth book while you are here. Some ideas will come to you as you are enjoying the sceneries....so peaceful. Bicycles are perfect.
Located just on the way to Yogyakarta city.
