Pada pelaksanaan pengukuran dalam rangka sertifikasi tanah Buper terdapat perbedaan hasil pengukuran luas Buper semula 30.000 M2 (3 hektar), ternyata pengukuran terakhir 31.000 M2 atau selisih 1000 M2. Dan telah dilaporkan ke Pemda Kab. Klaten untuk pembayaran kekurangan bea pembebasan tanah sebesar 1000 X Rp10.000 = Rp 10,000. Dan telah direalisasi pada tahun anggaran 2004. Proses sertifikasi hingga saat ini masih dalam proses penyelesaian.
Penambahan Sarana Buper
Dari hasil Pengelolaan Bumi Perkemahan telah diusahakan untuk penambahan sarana bumi perkemahan : Sarana MCK, Kolam Bak Penampungan air, Sumur resapan.
