★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anakku penakut kalo ke dokter. Apalagi di suntik. Mau pasang kawat gigi harus giginya dicabut. Dokter Risa membuat anakku ngak takut dicabut, dan nyaman aja kedokter gigi. Sebelum2nya takut, malah mau kabur kalo ke dokter gigi. Harga termasuk murah untuk ukuran jakarta. Terima kasih dok

First impression, Dr. Risa sangat ramah dan murah senyum kepada semua orang serta rapi dan telaten dalam proses pengerjaan.
Dr. Risa juga baik banget mau bantuin saya yang mengejar waktu untuk merapikan gigi dan hasilnya sudah bisa kelihatan rapi dalam waktu kurang dari setahun.
Recommended bangettttt! Apalagi banyak promo-promo menariknya hehehe

First discovered Wide Smile Dental Clinic Kelapa Gading when I saw a review on Google and female daily that said Dr. Risa is good and experienced in tidying teeth with her orthodontic skills.
First impression, Dr. Risa is very friendly and smiling to everyone and neat and painstaking in the process.
Dr. Risa is also very kind to help me who is chasing time to tidy up the teeth and the results can look neat in less than a year.
Recommended Bangettttt! Moreover, many promos are interesting, hehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tambal gigi di sini prosesnya lama, berkali-kali merapikan tambalan yang tidak nyaman (ganjel rasanya)..
Ditangani oleh dokter yang masih sangat muda dan ternyata belum punya SIP (izin praktik). Padahal awalnya mengira ditangani oleh dokter spesialis ortho yang namanya dipasang di depan.
Dokternya memang ramah, tapi terasa masih kurang berpengalaman.
Mudah2an hasil tambalannya tidak masalah.
Tooth filling here the process is long, many times tidy up patches that are not comfortable (odd)
It was handled by a doctor who was very young and apparently had no SIP (practice permit). Though initially thought handled by ortho specialist doctors whose names were installed in front.
The doctor is indeed friendly, but feels still inexperienced.
It's easy for patch results to be no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman bikin janji sama dokter di sini tidak bisa diandalkan.
Kronologi:
1. Sudah janjian dan sama2 oke jam setengah 6 sore
2. Pas hari-H, saya dateng on time jam setengah 6.
3. Di sana masih ada pasien (ditangani), dan ada orang baru dateng juga (sudah confirm belum janjian)
4. Oke ditunggu, karena memang belum selesai dokternya
5. Setengah jam kemudian, saya disuruh tunggu lagi (padahal saya sudah bilang udah janji dari setengah 6) dan dokternya mulai ngurus yg baru dateng tadi.
6. Well okelah baru setengah jam nunggu, sayang klo dtinggal.
7. Lama banget sampe 1 jam, akhirnya saya ke klinik sebelah dan malah langsung ditangani.
Summary: Klinik ini gabisa buat bikin janji.

5. Half an hour later, I was told to wait again (even though I already said I had an appointment from halfway through 6) and the doctor started taking care of the one who had just arrived.
6. Well, I've only been waiting for half an hour, it's a shame if you leave.
7. It took me 1 hour, I finally went to the clinic next door and was treated right away.
Summary: This clinic can't make appointments.
