★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventhough the price in here is reasonably cheap $$ (around IDR 150k - 250k), the service in here is so bad.
This place is first come first serve based.
They won't let you book a spot by phone eventhough you need to spend half an hour to get there. If there is another customer coming in the next half an hour, they will serve them first and discard your effort and time to get there.
I tried to call and let them know I'm coming, but they insisted that they can't book 1 spot for me. They kept saying that FOR NOW, there are 2 spots available. It's ridiculous.
I will not go there for nothing; just because there has been another customers coming during my traveling time to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari total 3x kedatangan, saya cuman dapat 1x perawatan yg sama mau. Kenapa? Karena selalu penuh, datang jam 18.00 penuh, datang jam 10.15 pagi penuh. Tapi gabisa sistem booking. Dan karena jadwal saya berantakan ga dapet treatment, saya duduk di meja lobby tunggu, and for 20 minutes waiting, there have been approximately 5 customers who come and didn’t get the treatment just like me. Well, it’s money you’re losing, please improve your schedule system.
I can’t talk much about the therapist service since i only got 1 hour lulur at 20.00, and the therapist was rushing while doing my massage. I don’t know if that’s about the late time i came or that’s your therapist quality. But honestly, this can be my favorite salon if you have proper schedule system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The treatment is good and I'm happy with the staffs' service. The price is affordable and they accept payment with GoPay. Unfortunately, when I came the salon is quite packed and need to wait about 40mins. The waiting room is quite uncomfortable because it is a very small space in the salon's corner. Overall, it's a good experience and definetly would come back here. Thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting the salon but I'll give 5++ stars. The staff is very communicative. I had one hour hair treatment but it's not boring at all.
There are songs playing to fill the mood. Also there are seats for people who are waiting. They also provided mineral waters for the visitors.
The receipt is PDF file sent via WhatsApp. 5++ stars again for going paperless. The info etc are also informed via WhatsApp.
Should make appointment because this salon is super busy.
And the price is crazily affordable. 10/10. Gonna visit again very soon
