Nurse receptionist , sercurity all polite everytime visit
Meant Dr Marcella asked for get implant, how much it's cost.
We aggred to that amount
to get done, it's take 2 months or so
Asked to comeback every 2 weeks
The next few weeks
she do other dental action like clean the sinus cavity etc.without ask the the patient first
So that everytime went to cashier there must be extra cost that out of the agreement, because it's already done by her
We asked her personally , why it's way out of the agreement?
She mention , if there is any ( tindakan) she just did it
But, if the patient don't want to do , then how ?
Because , it's way out of the budget
At the end yes, got new implant but no satisfied
My point are , ask first for doing it & , focus on the aggrement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors and nurses, very skilled and professional. Good location. But the service from the Receptionists from scale 0-10 will be minus 10. Always missed scheduling the appointments, double booking, delay, delay confirmation and so on and so forth. Great doctors tho, just make sure you do not have any other appointments for the day.
