★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman buruk di toko ini... saya share pengalaman ny.. bukan karena rasany yg tdk enak.. tp service nya yg sangat kurang..
Beberapa hari yg lalu saya pesan fruit pie 10 buah dengan mba ETI , pas hr pengambilan krn saya ga bs dtg lgsg saya telp untuk pastiin pesanan diambil oleh ojek online.. ternyata mba yg bersangkutan kekeh kl dia denger saya bilang horn pie.. sedangkan horn pie sendiri saya ga tau sprt pa?... bayangin dong fruit pie & horn pie sgt jauh berbeda spellingnya... d telp mba nya mlh marah2 ke saya, bilang saya lucu lah ga tau horn pie pesen horn pie, hellooo... sampai akhirnya dia tutup telp saya ketika kami masih bicara.. yess dia tutup telp nya tnp basa basi.. sopan banget yaa!!!
Akhirnya saya telp lagi & di selesaikan dgn baik oleh mba RANI , saya bayar fruit pie dan selese masalahnya...
Beberapa hari setelahny , adik saya mau beli makanan d my choice ( dia memang sering beli) ikutlah saya untuk sekalian liat horn pie yg kmrn d sebut itu spt pa? Dan kl memang ketemu yg punya saya mau menginformasikan betapa ga sopan ny karyawan nya...
Tapi pa yg saya terima, lebih buruk.. niat awal baik supaya k depanny ga ada kejadian yg berulang eh malah saya habis d maki maki sama anak pemilik toko.. yg jelas jelas ga tau asal permasalahnny, Yg berpendapat saya kesana marah marah, cuma gara2 uang 50rb bikin malu orang chinese, dan sampai pegawainya nyebut nama allah yg ngebuat dia berpendapat saya yg salah.. hello buat ngko yg pemilik toko,.. anda dtg aja ke kantor polisi berapa bnyk orng yg nyebut nama allah tp trnyt dia maling , pencuri dll.. ( ga jaminan ngko yg super sombong dan sok jagoan ).. dan 1 lagi bukan masalah duit 50rb yg saya bicarakan tp lebih ke tata krama penjual ke customer,.. kalau kata ngko customer ngko bnyk ratusan bahkan ribuan, saya hanya berdoa semoga cust ngko yg bnyk itu gak pernah mengalami yg saya alami...
Bad experience at this store ... I shared my experience ... not because of bad feelings ... but the service was very lacking ...
A few days ago I ordered a fruit pie with 10 pieces from ETI, when I took it because I could not send it, I asked to make sure the order was taken by an ojek online ... it turned out that the mother was concerned I heard I said horn pie .. while the horn I don't know the pie myself like pa? ... imagine the fruit pie & horn pie sgt is far different from the spelling ... if you have been angry with me, say I'm funny that I don't know Horn Pie Pesen Horn Pie, Hellooo ... until finally he closed my phone when we were still talking ... yess he closed the phone but it was pleasant ... really polite !!!
Finally, I dialed again & finished well by MBA RANI, I pay for the fruit pie and selese problem ...
A few days after that, my sister wants to buy food d my choice (she often buys) follow me for all the horn pie you call it like pa? And indeed I found someone I have, I want to inform you how rude the employee is ...
But what I received was worse ... the initial intention was good so that my family did not have a recurring incident eh instead I was abused by the owner of the shopkeeper ... who clearly did not know where the problem was, I thought I was angry, just Because of the 50 billion money that embarrassed the Chinese, and until the employee mentioned the name of Allah who made him think that I was wrong ... hello to the shopkeeper, you just went to the police station how many people mentioned the name of Allah but he was a thief, thieves etc ... (no guarantee of super-arrogant and cocky ngko) ... and 1 more is not a 50-billion money problem that I am talking about but more to seller's manners to customers, ... if you say customers don't have hundreds or even thousands, I just pray that the good cust ngko never experienced what I experienced ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak sesuai harga. Beberapa kali membeli kue & cake, tidak segar seperti bekas hari sebelumnya. Stok di gofood/grab tidak update. Kasihan abang gojeknya. Dan tidak mencantumkan isi tiap item misal mengandung daging/tidak, mengandung alkohol/tdk, jenis dagingnya apa, dst. Konsumen kasihan jadi tersesat.
Not according to price. Several times bought cakes & cakes, not fresh like the previous day. The stock on gofood / grab is not updated. Poor brother gojek. And do not include the contents of each item, for example containing meat / not, containing alcohol / not, what kind of meat, etc. Pity consumers so lost.

Penilaian rasa,ukuran porsi dan harga :
#Schootel makaroni ♥️ kurang lumer dan soft, bawahnya berkerak . Mau makan harus pake sendok besi, klo sendok plastik rawan patah.
#Kue sus isi coklat ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ ini jelas yg terbaik dan endolita, susnya soft dan ringan.
#Pastel ♥️♥️♥️ not bad but rata rata air kyk pastel umumnya
#Pie buah ♥️♥️♥️♥️ kulitnya renyah,buahnya segar.
#Kue lemper ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ enak dalemnya banyak dagingnya ga cm ketan doang.

#Schootel macaroni ️ not melted and soft, the bottom is crusty. If you want to eat, you have to use an iron spoon, if a plastic spoon is prone to breaking.
#Chocolate filled eclairs ️♥️♥️♥️♥️ this is definitely the best and endolita, the milk is soft and light.
#Pastel ️♥️♥️ not bad but average water like pastels in general
#Fruit pie ️♥️♥️♥️ the skin is crispy, the fruit is fresh.
#Lamper cake ️♥️♥️♥️♥️ delicious in a lot of meat, not only sticky rice.
