The test were so fast and we knew the result was negative..
UNFORTUNATELY... they didn't send the letter statement directly to my email..
Sampe 4 hari kemudian, I asked them thru wasap and they only send 1 person result..
I keep chase and asked them thru wasap and DM for the rest 5 person letter..
Lalu mereka send to other people which not to my email.. I've asked them to resend to my email..
Padahal sudah jelas pas daftar dan bayar I put clearly my email..
Oh iyaa ini daftar dan bayar atas nama pribadi..
Sampe sekarang tanggal 23 June, I still haven't received the letter for the rest 5 persons..
I know that the price is quite competitive compared to other Lab.. tapi kalo service nya gini agak kapok juga sih...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woule not recommended this for people who want to do a homecare test. Admin very slow response, late confirmation. The results are not complete. The test taken for 9 people but the result that given were only 8. Asking for the other result via email and WA but they didn't reply or answer. Please if you want to do a test please avoid this place. It's such a hassle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient place. Big parking area, enough space to confirm reservation, large waiting area. If prefer to print result for Antigen you can wait. Time spent is understandable as the place is in High demand. Will surely return for doing routine tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done many PCR/Antigen tests in Jakarta but U-Lab & U-Lab Cibis Park outlet was the most safest, efficient and fastest process. As an expat in Jakarta, U-Lab was extremly helpful to explain the overall process and excellent pricing. Super value for money and very good and safe SOP. Will definitely use them from now on. Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't think U-Lab anticipated the increase in test numbers. 14 hours PCR test stretched to god knows when. The whole product is marketed based on number of hours to produce test results and its been an epic fail. Customer service team is unresponsive.
Not recommended, go elsewhere the provider is not just giving lip service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended place to have drivethru covid test. Organized by Halodoc, easy to register, less queue, well organized, and I got my result in less than an hour. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I would give 10/10.
First you will arrive at first stop.
They will ask for your name and phone number registered in Halodoc app.
Once confirmed, they will give you a ziplock plastic filled with test kit and your name on it. It took less than 2 minutes.
Then you proceed to the next stop to queue for covid test. After that you can look for the exit and wait for the result.
