Professional staff who took my blood , informative.
Suggest to add first line customer service when there are many customers to avoid long waiting time and crowding.

If you are using health insurance, please spare the time since need confirmation from the insurance. For some testing, need specific timing to get the proper result, please consult to the customer service first. One service is available for the laboratory result for self paid testing. If you are using insurance, you can request to get the result through email.

Waiting in line for blood drawn? 15 mins.
Waiting for ECG? 5 mins.
Waiting to pick up test result?? 1+ hour!!
In my case i use gojek and the driver had to wait because they still looking for the test result. Please dont inform people to arrange pick up when it wasn't ready. I had to make 5-6 phonecalls to get updates on whats going on. Thankfully Zaki was there for me and flawlessly managed my concern while pushing their team. I was ready to give 1 star but i also appreciate someone who went above and beyond.
A note for prodia to manage lab result properly so it doesnt waste anyone time and a shout out to Zaki for excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow... registration process is very slow and then you have to wait a long time before they take your blood. Went there twice, once it was in the morning and busy.... the tried afternoon... it was empty only 3 other customers but still very slow. I gave up and went to another clinic which is further than my house but faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow registration. So if you are doing fasting test, don't worry, you will feel like you were fasting forever till you number is called up. Took us more than 30 minutes just to make registration. There are 4 counters by the way.
Sample taking is equally slow or beats the registration process.
Facility looks clean and hygienic. But keeping do many people (mostly elderly) waiting in the waiting room for registration for such a long time is absolutely inefficient during the pandemic time.
