★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil test tidak sesuai yang dijanjikan. Pada saat akan bayar, informasinya dari petugas antigen 15 menit. Tapi sudah 15 jam belum ada WA maupun email report/informasi. Tidak terintegerasi juga dengan peduli lindungi.
Test results are not as promised. At the time of payment, the information from the antigen officer is 15 minutes. But it's been 15 hours and there is no WA or email report/information. Not integrated also with care protect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas admin saat daftar Drive thru tidak sigap, harus ditegur dan ditanyakan dulu baru menghampiri padahal jelas kita datang dengan mobil pasti da keperluan untuk swab dll. Hasil yg dijanjikan keluar paling lambat dalam 12jam. Tetapi setelah 12 jam bukannya WA Lab yang memberikan hasil tetapi malah WA kementerian kesehatan yg menyatakan saat penderita COVID. Setelah lebih dari 24 jam tanpa ada WA dari Lab akhirnya saya sendiri proaktif tanyakan . Akhirnya dijawab dengan diksi yg kurang profesional dan diberikan hasilnya.
The admin officer when registering the Drive thru was not alert, had to be reprimanded and asked first before approaching even though it was clear that we came by car, there must be a need for swabs etc. Promised results come out no later than 12 hours. But after 12 hours, instead of the WA Lab that gave the results, it was the WA Ministry of Health who stated that they were suffering from COVID. After more than 24 hours without any WA from the Lab, I finally proactively asked myself. Finally answered with unprofessional diction and given the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antigen katanya maksimal 15 menit, minimalnya sepertinya tidak terhingga, sehingga ditelfon tidak ada respon, 4 hari kemudian baru saya harus datang kembali untuk mengambil hasil ANTIGEN dengan menunggu lama di tempat ini. Udah gitu ngga ke update di pedulilindungi...
