★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lambat sejak covid19, urus surat aja udah sampai 19hari belom selesai jg. Nunggu sebulan x baru kelar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap kali mengurus KTP baik itu pindah kependudukan maupun e ktp dari disdukcapil selalu di beri tahu akan diantar kerumah dlm 14 hari kerja tp hampir sebulan ktpnya tidak datang dan harus diambil sendiri ke ke kelurahan, sudah begitu hari ini petugas yg mengurus KTP tidak ditempat krn sedang mengikuti gerak jalan, masak sih petugas yg berwenang tidak ada dan tidak ada penunjukkan petugas pengganti? Lalu saya disuruh datang siangan padahal saya ijin tidak masuk kerja hanya stgh hari, masak saya harus ijin tidak masuk lg? Nanti kalo petugasnya tidak ada lg saya mesti ijin lg besok2nya gt? Kpn beresnya kalo begitu? ini tanggung jawabnya bagaimana?
Every time you take care of your KTP, either you move your residence or your e-ID card from Disdukcapil, you are always told that you will be delivered to your house within 14 working days but almost a month your ID card doesn't come and you have to take it yourself to the village, so today the officer who takes care of your KTP is not there because you are follow the hike, how come there aren't any authorized officers and no replacement officers have been appointed? Then I was told to come in the late afternoon even though I only had to leave work after a day, so do I have to leave? Later, if the officers are not there again, I have to get permission again the next day, gt? How can I fix it then? how is this responsibility?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uda ke RT sama RW, terus disuruh lagi isi formulir buat ke RT RW. Apa gak bulak balik itu namanya? Sebenernya kantor kelurahan itu buka jam brp sih? Jam 7 apa jam 8?
