dan Disana petugasnya Bilang dalam pengambilan KK Butuh 4hari Kerja..
Dan Pada Hari Kamis setelah 4hari Kerja KK saya Sudah Jadi ??
Oh iya Waktu Saya Urus KK, Saya Juga Sekalian Minta Surat Keterangan E-Ktp ..
prosesnya cuma butuh 30menit .. surat keterangannya Sudah Jadi ??? ..
Ruangannya Nyaman dan bersih plus ad AC ? .. Jadi biarpun misalnya Antri gak kuatir ke gerahan ??? .. wkwkwk
NB* Kemudahan Dalam pengurusan KK dan KTP .. bawa berkasnya harus Lengkap Sesuai Prosedur ..

Saya searching dulu.. makanya sekali datang ke kelurahan g usah bolak balik ngambil berkas yg blm lengkap?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan ptsp.kel.ujung menteng sangat buruk. kami mengurus surat kematian warga kami . di persulit dan kartu keluarga (kk) atas nama ibu iyem di gunting oleh pegawai ptsp..kejadian pd tgl 18 juli 2020. kami mohon petugas ptsp.di keluarkan dri kelurahaan ujung menteng .petugas tersebut memang tdk punya sopan santun kpd warga maupun kepda lurah sendirui jarena kmi sebgai pengurus Rt Merasa tpelayanan tidak bagus..mohon kpd pihak yg terkai untuk menindak oknum tersebut.kpdk
the service of ptsp.kel. ujung menteng is very bad. we take care of our citizens' death certificates. complicated and a family card (kk) in the name of the mother who was scissored by a ptsp employee ... it happened on the 18th July 2020. we beg the ptsp officer. jarena itself as a board member of Rt Feeling the service is not good ... please the parties concerned to crack down on the person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai warga yang berdampingan langsung dengan kelurahan,saya menyanyangkan,lurahnya,pegawainya dan ppsunya tidak peduli sama lingkungan,jangan kan sampah yang berserakan ppsu hanya diam saja,padahal dibelakang tembok kelurahan sendiri tidak mau di dibersihkan,apakah sebenarnya tugas ppsu...??? Dan gedung atap sudah mau roboh tidak segera diperbaiki,sudah roboh 2 kali tidak ada tindakan,apakah nunggu korban yang kadang anak²/pengunjung pelayanan berada di area tersebut,tolong dong carenya pada lingkungan sendiri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asalkan persyaratan lengkap prosesnya jelas, urus pindah domisili, ganti ktp, kk 30 menit jadi. Datang jam 14:30 masih dilayani. Mungkin kalau kantornya lebih dirapikan dan dokumen yang akan diisi bisa didownload jauh lebih baik. Lahan parkir dan jalan masuknya susah buat mobil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cukup bagus, petugas responsif, cuma parkiran agak susah, apalagi harus kalau bawa mobil, karena jalan aksesnya hanya bisa dilalui satu mobil saja. Jadi disarankan tidak membawa mobil saja kalau mau kesini. Penyelasaian layanan juga sangat cepat, membuat Kartu keluarga baru, di sampaikan jam 10 pagi, jam 2 siang sudah dikirim pdf via wa, KTP nya besok pagi sudah jadi atau kurang dari 24 jam. Semua layanan juga gratis tanpa ada biaya, kecuali parkir bagi yang bawa kendaraan bermotor.
