★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya mengurus surat pengantar saja. Pelayanannya bagus. Tempat parkir luas. Tidak diperbolehkan datang menggunakan celana pendek dan sandal jepit.
Just take care of the cover letter. The service is good. Large parking area. Not allowed to come wearing shorts and flip-flops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat sdh nyaman dan rapi, tp pelayanan masi jauh dr bagus, nomor pengaduan cm pajangan tdk bisa dihubungi, masi ada pungli, sy udh bolak balik mau ambil e-ktp (yg sdh 1th pengurusan)ga bisa alasan nya ada sama pak darmanto, nanti diantar kermh. Emg hrs sm dia?? Yg lain ga bs urus ya?
The place has been comfortable and neat, but the service is still far from good, the complaint number cm display can not be contacted, there is still extortion, I have been going back and forth to take e-ID (which has 1th arrangement) can not be the reason there is the same Pak Darmanto, later delivered by kermh. Why do you have to sm it ?? For others, can't you take care of it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya payah. Bikin KTP ga jadi2. Berkas saya berikan tgl 11 agustus 2020, sampai dengan tanggal 14 september 2020 masih belom jadi juga. Katanya 14 hari kerja, ini sudah melebihi 14 hari kerja. Dsuruh whats-app ke call center pengaduan, ga ada yg merespon dong.
Nomor telefon pengaduan juga cuma pajangan saja karena tidak bisa dihubungi. Sungguh memalukan!! Dijaman yg serba milenial ini kelurahan kota baru tidak maju2..
Poor service. Make a KTP not working. I gave the file on 11 August 2020, until 14 September 2020 it has not been completed yet. He said 14 working days, this has exceeded 14 working days. I told the whats-app to the complaint call center, no one responded.
The telephone number for the complaint is also only a display because it cannot be contacted. What a shame!! In this millennial loan, the new urban villages are not developed ...

THE SERVICE IS LONG, THE BUREAUCRACY IS NOT QUALITY. NGETAK KTP INFO 10 DAYS REALLY MORE WAITED FOR A LONG TAU I WILL CONTINUE WITHOUT COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY I GO TO RIBET POLRES WHEN THEY CAN'T STORE THE FILES GOOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong ini kualitas pelayanan nya di tingkatkan, saya cuma minta surat pengantar pembuatan KK hampir stengah jam. Padahal suasana di dalam kantor terdengar sangat ramai ( bukan ruang tunggu ). Malu lah sama instansi lain yg sudah berbenah menjadi lebih baik.
Please improve the quality of this service, I just asked for a letter of introduction for making KK almost half an hour. Though the atmosphere inside the office sounds very crowded (not the waiting room). It's a shame that other institutions that have improved are getting better.

MASA PERBAIKAN DATA BASE KTP TGL LAHIR SAYA SALAH BUKANNYA TAMBAH BNAR MALAH NAMA IBU KANDUNG DIDATA BASE DI HAPUS DAN GAK DIPERBAIKIN TGL LAHIRNYA..bilangnya data udah benr semua. Pas saya mau buka rekening di bank ternayta nama ibu kandung saya diapus didata basenya. bukannya makin bener malah makin susah. Udah cetak ktp janjjinya 14hari kerja malah molor sampe sebulan setengh. PELAYANAN LAMA SEKALI. BUKANNYA SIBUK MELAYANI WARGA MALAH ASIK MAIN HP TEROOOS
OLD SERVICE... HOW IS THAT WHAT IS WIDI PART OP. THE TIME OF REPAIR OF THE DATA BASE OF MY BIRTH DATE I WAS WRONG, INSTEAD OF ADDING THE BIRTH IN THE NAME OF THE BODY MOTHER IN THE DATA BASE, DELETED AND NOT CORRECTED, THE DATE OF BIRTH WAS NOT CORRECTED. When I wanted to open an account at the bank, I found out that my biological mother's name was deleted from the database. it's not getting better, it's getting harder. I've printed the ID card, the promise is 14 working days, it's even delayed by a month and a half. ONCE OLD SERVICE. INSTEAD OF BUSY SERVING THE CITIZENS, IT'S EVEN FRIENDLY TO PLAY THE TEROOOS PHONE
