β β β β β Sebenarnya ini villa unik menurut saya mah. Luas sih , tapi tata letak nya aneh. Kolam renang indoor tapi kepisah dr rumah utama. Jadi kalo anak anak yg berenang susah ngawasinnya. Ada jacucci tp rusak. Terus kaca di area kolam renang ada beberapa yg pecah. Halaman nya luas tapi agak merinding sih kalo ke taman yg bawah ?
Actually this is a unique villa in my opinion. It's spacious, but the layout is weird. Indoor pool but separated from the main house. So if the children who swim are hard to squeeze. There's Jacucci but it's broken. Then the glass in the pool area has a number of broken ones. The page is spacious but it's a bit creepy if it's down to the park taman

β β β β β Cocok untuk acara keluarga besar atau acara sekolah misal LDKS atau family gathering karna halaman yang luas. Punya jacuzzi yang sayangnya water heaternya tidak berfungsi. Mempunyai 3 kamar di villa utama dan 2 kamar di villa bawah. Kolam renang indoor yang tidak menyatu dengan villa utama jadi berjarak kuranhg lebih 100 meter.
Suitable for large family events or school events for example LDKS or family gathering because of the large yard. Have a jacuzzi which unfortunately the water heater doesn't work. It has 3 bedrooms in the main villa and 2 bedrooms in the lower villa. The indoor pool is not attached to the main villa so is less than 100 meters away.
