Area/ kawasan jauh dan tifak nyaman dengan lingkungan, kalau tidak bawa makanan sendiri sangat susah mencari makanan, penerangan minim bahkan banyak lampu yg mati tidak diganti, hiburan seperti karaoke tidak berfungsi maksimal, air hangag tidak berfungsi, toilet kotor,

β β β β β baguss villanya nyaman, bersih ,cocok buat acara keluarga dll , ada gazebo buat santai, bliar juga peralatan masak lengkap , betah disini insyaallah lain kali kesini lagi ?

1. Harga sewa relatif murah
2. Jalur masuk mobil menuju villa agak sempit
3. Parkiran muat 3 mobil
4. Tersedia kolam renang
5. Tersedia gajebo samping kolam renang bisa untuk makan bersama
6. Tersedia permainan bilyard
7. Halaman taman lumayan luas
8. Tersedia alat barbeque
9. Kamar tidur ada 2 (ukuran kecil dan besar)
10. Kamar mandi ada 2 (ukuran besar dan kecil
11. Spring bed masih cukup baik
12. Kamar mandi bersih, hanya saja WC nya agak kotor dan air untuk penyiraman kotoran di WC nya tidak berfungsi
13. Tersedia alat masak, piring, dll
14. Tersedia TV, speaker, dan mic untuk karaoke, hanya saja mic nya sdh agak rusak.
15. Tersedia sofa diruang TV (1+2+3) hanya saja sofa sudah agak rusak, sofa 3 yg agak parah rusaknya, teman saya kena paku tangan nya di sofa 3
16. Teras samping lumayan luas bisa untuk makan bersama
