★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seneng sih prnah nginap di villa ini brsama" ibu" kader pkk..dn klrga ibu dn pak rw 07 pgadungan..cm tmpt ini agak" gmn gitu auranya...pulang dr puncak langkat ada 3 orng ibu" yg sakit ktanya pnghuni villa ini ada yg ikut pulang rmbongan kita..intinya klo kita brada di tmpt yg baru kita knal hrus prmisi dn sopan ..pdhal kita kg buat k'onaran

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa yang cocok untuk dijadikan salah 1 opsi untuk malam keakraban kampus. Tapi kuotanya terbatas. Maksimal 40an tapi makan yang menyediakan harus villa tak boleh pihak lain. Jadi kalo diitung' cukup mahal. Dengan lapangan yang cukup lebar tapi curam turun. Ada kolam renang. Kamar mandi kalo ga salah 3. Dan kamar tidur 3. Untuk parkir cukup terbatas hanya 3 mobil dan kalo mobil pertama mau keluar ga bisa muter balik harus mundur. Akses ke villa cukup curam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantul villanya luas ruanganya apalagi halaman rumputnya bagus&luas.dinginn&sejukk bedd view jg dapat,pengelolanya sangat baik&cepat sekali responya kalo kita butuh sesuatau.kekuranganya hanya water heaternya rusak&ga ad kamar bilas dikolam renang.selebihnya bagus.
The villa is spacious, let alone the lawn is nice & spacious. Cool & cool bedd view can also be, the manager is very good & very quick to respond if we need something. The only downside is that the water heater is broken & there is no rinse room in the swimming pool. The rest is good.
