It's the original villa, there are 2 houses with lots of rooms, there is a swimming pool, for cars you can more or less enter 5 to 6 cars, anyway j the most important thing is wifi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villanya baguusss banget, akses masuk ke dalam cukup mudah bisa masuk satu jalur mobil jalan juga gak terlalu curam, kamar ada 6 dengan AC dan di setiap kamar ada kamar mandinya, ada aula di lantai 2 tapi gak begitu luas, free WiFi, kolam renang pribadi, peralatan dapur lengkap, ada alat bakar bakaran, ada karaoke, tapi sayangnya water heater tidak berfungsi, view sebelah kanan bukit, view sebelah kiri gunung salak cukup oke dan tersedia lahan parkir yang luas (bisa menampung 4 mobil dan 10 motor). Kebetulan di sebelah villa ini ada rumah pemilik villa. Untuk harga per malam kalau lgsg nego ke pemilik villa buat weekday 1.5-2.5 jt dan harga buat weekend 2.5-3 jt, tapi saya di tanggal 27-28 Agustus kemarin dapet harga 1.5 jt lewat calo.
Pokonya villa mutiara rekomendasi banget buat nginep bareng keluarga besar, reuni sekolah atau teman-teman.
The villa is really good, access to get inside is quite easy, you can enter one car lane, the road is also not too steep, there are 6 rooms with AC and in each room there is a bathroom, there is a hall on the 2nd floor but not so spacious, free WiFi, private swimming pool , complete kitchen equipment, there are burnt tools, there is karaoke, but unfortunately the water heater doesn't work, the view to the right of the hill, the view to the left of Mount Salak is quite okay and a large parking area is available (can accommodate 4 cars and 10 motorbikes). Incidentally next to this villa there is a villa owner's house. For the price per night, if you directly negotiate with the villa owner for a weekday it's 1.5-2.5 million and the price for the weekend is 2.5-3 million, but I got a price of 1.5 million on August 27-28 yesterday through brokers.
Basically, Villa Mutiara is really recommended for staying with extended family, school reunions or friends.
