★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya hampir 1 bulan di kost valencia jaya 3.no.30 ,awal sy hanya di minta uang kost 675 dan jaminan kunci 100 rb. Dan uang sprei 75 rb. Dan uang listrik 204 rb. Selanjutnya sy hampir 1 juta lebih lho sy bayar... Di mami kost tertera 675 rb. Tapi banyak tetek bengek nya,, dan sudah bayar listrik februari awal di mintai lagi. Eh pas sy mau bayar di tgl masuk sesuai dong pasti di mana mana awal masuk tgl berapa ia ketemu di tgl yg sama.. Ini kok belum waktunya bayar dah dah di mintai uang listrik lagi, sama aja nodong, merampas, se enak nya saja main nagih, dan barang sy masih di dalam kamar main ganti kunci kamar, dan barang sy hampir ilang gara gara macam mereka.. Buat siapa pun waspada ini memang kost bebas tapi sy yakin Tuhan tidak tinggal diam. Polisi pun akan grebek dan bangkrutin ini kost.. Karna makan uang haram... Gak usah tergiur dengan harga murah nya kost 675 itu bohong selanjutnya akan di mintai banyak Tagihan. Hati Hati?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tagihan listrik sebulan bisa 450rb, listrik nya meteran bukan token, ga masuk akal kos disini. Udah gitu, tiap bulan ada mas2 yang bersihin kamar waktu nya random, ganggu banget. Emangnya penghuni kos gabisa bersihin kamar sendiri?

1, saya kos di lt 2 (room *1) dan kamar kos menggunakan token harga kos 725rb, saya kaget pertama bayar listrik token itu jangka waktu 11 hari dan ke dua saya bayar listrik di ke 6 harinya, sekali isi 100rb. SANGAT ANEH, sepertinya listrik kita di gabung dengan air juga, sebelumnya saya kos di tempat yg lebih mahal (1,4 ) biaya tagihan token listrik saya bisa sampai 2 minggu lebih, ininya ini TIDAK WORTED
2, lemari baju tidak menggunakan kunci lemari, jadi kalo kalian telat bayar barang kalian akan di bawa seenak hati mreka
3, petugas bisa masuk kamar kita kapan saja mreka mau, kalo mreka mau ada tugas membersihkan kamar, service AC, dll. Ini yang saya takuti dri dulu, karena kamar saya ada berbagai barang elektronik dll. SERAM
4, kalo kamat kalian tambahkan paku, atau melubangi kamar, uang jaminan ga bakal kembali
5, kamar mandi sempit banget, jorok dan bau, jarang di bersihkan
6, tidak boleh ada kipas angin, hairdryer, catokan rambut, kosmos, dll, kalo ketauan akan di sita, atau di denda uang
7, kalo ada kehilangan tidak akan di bantu ( buka cctv ) buka cctv bayar, dan akan di tunda-tunda terus sampai tidak jadi, bisa tanya dulu sama warga sekitar atau tukang jualan sekitar
8, semua pengurus akan berskongkol jika ada kehilangan akan lepas tangan begitu saja tidak ada tindakan membantu
9, jangan tergiur dengan petugas yang ramah, karena nanti kalo kalian sudah ngekos akan tertipu dengan topengnya
10, dinding kamar triplek
11, jalan gang kosnya sempit, jadi kalo mau kluar ke kamar mandi trus di depan kita ada org lain, harus ngalah karena gangnya hanya muat satu org, jadi kalo di ukur sama bahu, jarak gang itu cuma sekepal tangan laki² saja
12, JANGAN TERGIUR DENGAN HARGANYA. BAHAYA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah setahun lebih tinggal di kost ini, dengan harga 675.000 sampai 725.000, sudah dapat kamar dengan fasiitas AC, WIFI, ranjang springbed, lemari dua pintu, locker sepatu, locker pakaian Disediakan tempat cuci pakaian dan jemuran. AC diservis rutin oleh pihak kost jadi Saya lebih hemat. Saya puaa dengan harga terjangkau tapi fasilitas sudah lengkap. Paling jika ada penghuni yang melanggar peraturan karena mengganggu penghuni lainnya dengan berisik maupun bertengkar maka penghuni tersebut akan diberi peringatan dan jika terulang maka tidak dapat perpanjang.

Yg ada niatan untuk kost disini mending cari kost yg lain deh sebelum nyesel, saya aja cukup satu bulan aja kost disini, kost sangat2 tidak nyaman, banyak aturan gak jelas, petugas kost sama sekali tidak membantu, saya sempat kehilangan kunci motor karena mungkin jatuh atau lupa masih menempel di motor, saya mondar mandir parkiran cari kunci motor kaya org linglung tapi petugas disana sama sekali tidak menegur saya “kenapa ka? Ada yg bisa dibantu” atau apalah, ini diem aja. Saya tanya admin respon sangat lambat sampai saya telfon berkali kali tdk diangkat. Trs ada penghuni kost yg kasih tau kamar penjaga kost nya dmn, saya ketok lah kamar nya, ternyata KUNCI MOTOR SAYA ADA DI DIA, dia yg temuin atau entah siapa. PADAHAL DIA LIAT SAYA KEBINGUNGAN DI PARKIRAN, kalo punya pikiran nih ya, dia ngerasa megang kunci motor org, trs liat org bingung di parkiran ngotak dong pasti lagi nyari sesuatu, ini dia diem aja sampe harus kuta yg samperin. Setelah baca2 review yg lain saya jadi prasangka buruk aja mungkin dia ada niat jahat, bisa aka kan ya. Trs saya juga KEHILANGAN CINCIN EMAS dikamar, padahal saya inget bgt selalu taruh diatas meja tiap pulang kerja dan saya kira mungkin wkt itu saya lupa. Tp sampe saya pindahan dan beres2 ttp ga ketemu jadinya ya mikir dicuri aja setelah baca yg lain ternyata si petugas kost ini bisa masuk kamar kita seenaknya. WIFI JELEK, KAMAR MANDI SEMPIT DAN BAU, KAMAR SEMPIT DAN GELAP KAYA DI PENJARA, LORONG KOST JUGA SEMPIT BGT, PETUGAS PADA BISU, KALO GA DITANYA DIEM AJA SAMA SEKALI TIDAK MEMBANTU, ADMIN JUTEK TIDAK RAMAH SAMA SEKALI, SLOW RESPON TAPI GILIRAN NAGIH CEPET BGT, PERATURAN ANEH, KOST ANEH. POKOKNYA JANGAN SAMPE KOST DISINI, bener bener kecewa. Saya juga gatau nih uang deposit saya bakal dibalikin atau tidak karena baca yg lain banyak yg tidak dikembalikan
