★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dinding gypsum tetangga kamar sebelah batuk aja kedengeran, kamar mandi kotor, pake pompa air tapi airnya suka bau, suka tiba2 mati airnya, range harga 800rb - 1jt diluar listrik, berdua tambah 150rb (dan harga kadang naik tiba2 tanpa dijelasin kenaikannya kenapa), wifi lemot
Jauh dari transportasi publik kayak busway dan krl harus ojek dulu, jalan kaki sekitar 1 kiloan ke halte

It is far from public transportation like busway and it has to be a motorcycle taxi first, walk about 1 kilometer to the bus stop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan nya bersih, nyaman. Tapi ibu kos nya rese, banyak peraturan ini itu, gaboleh pake sepatu atau sendal di dalam, gboleh taruh sepatu atau sendal di depan kamar, padahal kita kan bayar. Lalu buat apa ada penjaga kos yang suka bersihin kos kalo gaboleh pake sepatu atau sandal dgn alasan kotor? Ribet!! Ibu kos tdk profesional, jika ada masalah tdk netral. Malah membela salah satu pihak. Saya sarankan jgn kos disini lebih baik cari tmpt kos yg lain.
The charge is clean, comfortable. But the boarding house rese, many of these regulations, you can use shoes or sandals inside, you can put shoes or sandals in front of the room, even though we pay. Then why are there boarders who like to clean up the boarding house if you use shoes or sandals for dirty reasons? Tricky !! The housewife is unprofessional, if there is a problem that is not neutral. Instead of defending one party. I suggest that you don't want to board here, it's better to look for other fees.

I don't have a boarding house, wkkww, it looks comfortable, the air conditioner is cool, clean, maximum security is cctv, only for the room size it is rather small

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost sensasi sauna, ac rusak jam 4 pagi, jam 5 diinfokan ke owner, jam 8 baru di respon akan dicek, jam 12 siang ditanya jawabannya tdk bs di cek hari itu krn di info ke owner nya pagi, tukang servicenya sdh buat janji ke tempat lain, dan tdk ada tukang service ac lainnya, di jakarta hny 1 tukang service ac dan harus buat janji 1hari sblm ac nya rusak spy waktu besoknya rusak tukang ac nya bs dtg. Kejadian sdh ke 2x, hrs di tanya dl baru di info kl tukang ac nya tdk bs dtg, kl tdk ditanya, tdk ada info apa2. Kejadian sebelumnya 3 hari stlh diinfo baru dibetulkan ac nya. Jika mencari tempat kost merangkap sauna, tempat ini sangat recommend sekali
Sauna sensation boarding, ac broken at 4 am, 5 o'clock notified to the owner, at 8 o'clock the response will be checked, at 12 noon asked the answer can't be checked that day because the info to the owner is in the morning, the repairman has made an appointment to the place another, and there are no other ac repairmen, in Jakarta there is only 1 ac repairman and you have to make an appointment 1 day before the ac breaks, so the next day the ac repairman can come. It's been the 2nd time, you have to ask when you're informed, if the ac repairman can't come, if you don't ask, there's no info. The previous incident was 3 days after being informed, the ac was corrected. If you are looking for a boarding house that doubles as a sauna, this place is highly recommended
