★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar bersih, rapi. Fasilitasnya oke, ada dapur, kulkas, mesin cuci, internet juga oke. Stafnya juga ramah dan helpful banget. Recommended!
 Clean, tidy room. The facilities are okay, there is a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, internet is also okay. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enak banget ngekos di sini. Stafnya ramah-ramah, kamarnya lega, fasilitas umumnya bersih dan lengkap; bisa masak dan nyuci. Lokasinya juga deket sama halte busway dan stasiun. Jadi mau ke kampus atau ke mana-mana deket dan gampang dijangkau.
It's really good to stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are generally clean and complete; can cook and wash. The location is also close to the busway stop and station. So you want to go to campus or anywhere near and easy to reach.

Tempatnya aman, tenang, dan nyaman.
Akses msk gk bisa sembarangan jd ngerasa aman sama kendaraan atau org asing.
Fasilitas lumayan lengkap, bersih, dan rapih.
Tp ada beberapa saran smoga bisa membangun ?
1. Kl bisa kulkasnya diganti yg besar atau jumlahnya yg ditambah krn aku ank kost baru jd gk kebagian space ?
2. Kl bisa tambahin meja di dapur buat potong² atau naro² sesuatu bingung ey krn hanya meja kompor + wastafel jd agak riweuh kl masak ✌
3. Peraturan agak ketat mengenai kebersihan spya penduduk kost tertata wkwkwk? kaya mandi jgn banjir, jemur pakaian jgn seabad, abis masak atau makan peralatan kost dicuci.
Tp itu hanya saran ya min? over all the best sih.

The place is safe, quiet, and comfortable.
Access to MSK can't be arbitrary, so you feel safe with vehicles or strangers.
The facilities are quite complete, clean, and tidy.
But there are some suggestions that hopefully can be built
1. If the refrigerator can be replaced with a large one or the number will be added, because I'm a new boarding house student, I don't have space
2. If you can add a table in the kitchen to cut into pieces or add something confusing, ey because it's only a stove + sink table, so it's a bit messy when cooking
3. The rules are a bit strict regarding the cleanliness of the dormitory staff, it's organized like a shower, don't flood, don't dry clothes for a century, after cooking or eating, the boarding equipment is washed.
But that's just a suggestion, man, over all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempat beberapa bulan ngekos di sini, pelayanannya oke. Deket halte busway, dan lokasi gak terlalu jauh masuk ke dalam, bisa jalan kaki. Di sekitar kost banyak tempat makanan, meski ada dapur di lantai atas. Ada mesin cuci sih, tapi kalo lagi males ada laundry di depan/samping kost. Mungkin parkir motor aja yang rada susah karena udah hampir penuh kalo pulang malem.
Been living here for a few months, the service is okay. Close to the busway stop, and the location is not too far inside, you can walk. There are many food places around the boarding house, although there is a kitchen upstairs. There is a washing machine, but if you are lazy, there is laundry in front / beside the boarding house. Maybe parking the motorbike is a bit difficult because it's almost full when you come home at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya nyaman dan affordable, staffnya ramah dan sangat membantu. Masuk gerbang pakai kartu akses jadi aman. Waktu itu agak penuh jadi kebagian di kamar paling atas, lumayan PR pindah2in barang ke lantai 4. Kebersihan ok. Kalau pulang larut malam parkiran motor agak penuh tapi wajar karena kondisi kost sedang hampir full. Wifi dibatasi maksimum 3 device dan tiap bbrp jam kadang perlu login jadi lebih nyaman pakai internet pribadi. Kualitas kasur bisa ditingkatkan.
The boarding house is comfortable and affordable, the staff is friendly and very helpful. Enter the gate using an access card so it's safe. At that time it was a bit full so I got to the top room, it's quite a homework to move things to the 4th floor. Cleanliness is ok. If you come home late at night, the motorbike parking lot is a bit full but it's reasonable because the boarding house is almost full. Wifi is limited to a maximum of 3 devices and every few hours sometimes you need to log in so it's more comfortable to use private internet. Mattress quality can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku udh setahun lebih tinggal disini, dan overall nyaman, dapur ada kulkas ada, gas minum di sediakan, cuman minus nya suka ada yang jahil tangan"nya, ada aja makanan dikulkas hilang, atau perabot hilang, tergantung orangnya lagi, pengurus" disini baik" fast respon, dan juga kalau ada apa" respon nya Baik, rusak dikit , lapor langsung diperbaiki, dan kalau Sabtu Minggu kadang jumlah motor nya penuh banget di tempat parkir, kadang ga bisa lewat huhuhuhu... Internet baik, area mencuci baik, luas sekali halte Deket, stasiun juga Deket token listrik sendiri , soal tamu fleksibel selama mengikuti aturan dan kebijakn kos, tidak menggangu kenyamanan penghuni lain :)

Internet is good, the washing area is good, very spacious for the bus stop, the station is also near the electricity token itself, the question of guests is flexible as long as they follow the rules and boarding policies, don't disturb the comfort of other residents :)
