★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kost ini membuat saya ga nyaman..serasa numpang saja padahal kita byr sebulan udh mehong...ga tau diri jg tengah malam nelp org ,usir tamu saya..akhirnya sebulan sy pindah ....deposit 1 juta ga balikin dgn alasan minimal sewa 3 bulan...awal masukga ngomong masalah deposit...
This boarding house makes me uncomfortable ... I just feel like hitchhiking, even though we have spent a month already ... I don't know myself calling people in the middle of the night, kicking out my guests ... I moved a month at the end ... 1 million deposit didn't return with minimal reason 3 months rent ... the first time I came to talk about the deposit problem ...

Fasilitas nya mantap, ada water heater, kasur luaaasss bisa buat 3 orang, kulkas, dapur (lengkap wastafel, kompor, kitchen set) , ruang tamu, rooftop (Monas keliatan boy) , cctv 24 jam wifi ada 4 titik padahal gedung hunian nya 3 lantai (+1 untuk rooftop). Kalau ada kendala, pemilik dan penjaga langsung gerak cepat mengatasi. Komunitas antar penghuni dan lingkungan RT RW juga ramah dan hidup. Lokasi strategis dekat indomaret, warteg, gereja, Musholla. Air keran, shower, semprotan kloset kuenceeng. Sprei kasur diganti sebulan sekali. Kalo laper tinggal pesen makan dari Tanjung duren yang lengkap resto nya.
Pribadi saya sudah nempatin kost ini dari agustus dan alhamdulillah masih nyaman sampai review ini saya buat.
The boarding house is comfortable. The facilities are great, there is a water heater, a spacious mattress that can make 3 people, a refrigerator, a kitchen (complete with a sink, stove, kitchen set), living room, rooftop (Monas looks like boy), 24 hour CCTV, wifi, there are 4 points even though the residential building is 3 floor (+1 for rooftop). If there are obstacles, the owners and guards immediately move quickly to overcome them. The community between residents and the RT RW environment is also friendly and lively. Strategic location near Indomaret, warteg, church, prayer room. Tap water, shower, toilet spray. Mattress sheets are changed once a month. If you are hungry, you just have to order food from Tanjung Duren, which is complete with a restaurant.
Personally, I have placed this boarding house from August and thank God it is still comfortable until I made this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah 1 tahun kost disini. Lokasinya strategis bgt, banyak jual makanan, tidak berisik penghuninya, kalau ada kerusakan sedikit ga sampe 1*24 jam langsung dibenerin ?
Disini bakal nemuin tetangga2 yang baik2 & ramah bgtttt ?
Kasurnya gedeee kalo ortu mau dateng muat untuk bertiga, ada water heater juga.
I've been here for 1 year. The location is very strategic, sells a lot of food, the residents are not noisy, if there is a little damage, it doesn't even take 1 * 24 hours to fix it right away ?

The mattress is big, if the parents want to come, it can fit three, there is a water heater too.
