Datang jam 11.14 dgn niat mau periksa kesehatan (paginya asam lambung dan demam) sekaligus bikin surat sakit ternyata ditolak :( katanya siang cuma buat PCR sedangkan selain itu cuma bisa pagi. Aneh baru jam 11.14 tp layanan kesehatan umum sudah ditutup?
Came at 11.14 with the intention of getting a health check (in the morning stomach acid and fever) as well as making a sick letter turned out to be rejected :( he said afternoon was only for PCR while other than that it was only possible in the morning. It's strange that it's only 11:14 a.m. but the public health service is already closed?

Buruk. Buruk banget. Apalagi yg cewe resepsionis yg batak, yg rambut panjang. Mulut (ucapannya) kasar. Banyak yg komplen tuh...soal ni orang di sana saat menunggu giliran masuk ke dokter. Bahkan ada yg berujar..."klo bisa di ganti aja". Walau saya hanya mendengarkan...tp, saya setuju juga.
Bad. Very bad. Especially the girl who is a batman, who has long hair. Mouth (words) rough. Many who Komplen ni tuh ... about the people there while waiting to get to the doctor. Some even said ... "can be replaced klo aja". Although I only listen ... tp, I agree as well.

Dr kecil usia kelas 3SD kurang lebih, ini salah 1 yankes ter BAD yg pernah ad, mulai dr pelayanannya, petugas2nya.. ampun deh.. Pertama pernah ngalamin krn aku mau vaksin anak, tp bpjs terdaftar di klinik lain, eeh malah diomelin suruh pindah faskes 1 nya di puskes bintara ini, loh klo pun gk bs aku bs bayar pribadi, aku inget ini petugasnya wanita & logat maaf bat** (akan ku inget sllu sm ini petugas) Kasus yg kedua, suami mau antigen bayar pribadi jg, tp ditolak.. Kasus selanjutnya mau minta surat keterangan sehat bwt kerja ditolak jg banyak lah alasannya dgn ini yankes.. padahal 2 bln lalu pernah minta surat sehat bwt bikin SIM minta sm petugas cowok bisa, tp ini minta sm petugas wanita yg aku ksh tau diatas itu gk bs.. Knp petugasnya rata2 gk ngerti ttg pentingnya komunikasi yg baik (komunikasi terapeutik) trhdp masyarakat2 yg ingin berobat..
Dr. Small age of 3rd grade more or less, this is one of the most BAD health care providers that has ever existed, starting from the service, the officers.. pardon me.. The first time I experienced this because I wanted to vaccinate children, but BPJS was registered at another clinic, and they were scolded for telling me to move health facility 1 to this non-commissioned health center, even if I can't I can pay personally, I remember this staff is female & the accent is sorry bat** (I will always remember this officer) The second case, the husband wants to pay for the antigen personally, but it is rejected.. In the next case, I want to ask for a health certificate for work, there are also many reasons for this, Yankes.. even though 2 months ago I asked for a health letter so that I could make a SIM, I could ask a male officer, but I asked a female officer, which I know above, can't .. Why don't the average staff understand the importance of good communication (therapeutic communication) with people who want to seek treatment..

kaget baru pertama kali dapet pelayanan kaya gini, semoga bisa lebih baik atau ngga ganti aja karyawan2nya
I'm surprised it's the first time I've received a service like this, hopefully it can be better or not just replace the employees

Lumayan ok layanannya cuman sayang jam layanannya ga 24 jam jd klo dadakan kurang bs diandalkan
Quite ok the service is just a shame the service hours are not 24 hours, if it happens, it can't be relied on

Gila parah disini emg jelek pelayanannya, adek menderita tbc (tdinya sudah jalan berobat tapi karna kebentur biaya berhenti dan ngurua bpjs) mau berobat awal lagi dengan bpjs yg berbayar. posisi dahak gak ada tapi dipaksa ngeluarin dahak?? Ini bagaimna. Cek darah nunggu hasil besok baru kekuar padahal kan cek darah paling lama juga 2 jam an . Terus juga dokternya kalo ngomong ngegas, padahal kita sbgai p^ngguna baru bpjs tidak tahu prosedur . Kalo kayak gini kita bisa lapor kemana ya?? Liat muka mereka nambah oenyakit pasian yg ada belom lagi omongannya
It's crazy that the service here is really bad, my sister suffers from tuberculosis (previously she was on treatment but because of the cost of stopping and taking care of BPJS) I want to start treatment again with paid BPJS. the position of phlegm is not there but forced to expel phlegm?? This is how. The blood check is waiting for the results tomorrow to come out even though the blood check takes at least 2 hours. And the doctor also talks loudly, even though we as new BPJS users don't know the procedure. If so, where can we report? Seeing their faces adds to the patient's pain who hasn't spoken yet
