★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 11 minta suket sehat sudah gaada, tutup. Padahal hari sebelumnya bilang sampe jam 12 tutupnya sepi. Trs liat ibu ibu minta rujukan jam ditolak katanya kurang pagi. Jadi kepo jam kerja puskes sampe jam berapa ya. Akhirnya minta rujukan ke puskesmas tanjungpura, masih bisa tuh. Kok puskesmas karawang udh tutup ya. Hmm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan puskesmas karawang sangatlah lama, tidak sigap, tidak gesit, antri udah nunggu lama tp malah di duluan orang yg baru datang dan kenal sama pekerjanya.
Semua yg datang juga merasa sakit tapi harus profesional dong dalam bekerja.
Dan tingkatin lagi kinerja kerja cepat nya, jangan banyak ngobrol, ketika di periksa cuman bentar, ngobrolnya lama.
Saya kecewa dengan puskesmas karawang!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tidak ada pelayanan igd/ugd 24jam, gedung makin bagus tetapi pelayanan dan fasilitas semakin jelek, efektivitas alur birokrasi dan pemeriksaan dokter sangat jelek, minimnya simpatik dari seluruh staff puskesmas, ini yang saya rasakan! tercatat pada : Jum'at, 5 Maret 2021.
mohon segera perbaiki!
there is no igd / ugd 24 hour service, the building is getting better but the service and facilities are getting worse, the effectiveness of bureaucratic flow and doctor examinations is very bad, the lack of sympathy from all puskesmas staff, this is what I feel! recorded on: Friday, March 5, 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya tidak ramah, petugas pendaftaran ditanya malah ngomel2 sama sekali tidak mencerminkan orang berpendidikan. Fasilitas memang bagus, tapi pelayanan nya sungguh mengecewakan sekali. Tolong diperbaiki atau diganti ya dengan orang2 baru. Puskesmas itu pelayanan masyarakat, bagaimana ceritanya kalau petugasnya tidak ramah dan mengayomi. Tolong ditindak ya pemda Karawang!!!!!.
The service is not friendly, the registration officer is asked and even grumbles, it doesn't reflect an educated person at all. The facilities are good, but the service is really disappointing. Please repair or replace it with new people. The health center is a community service, what if the staff is not friendly and nurturing? Please take action, Karawang local government!!!!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gedung bagus, bersih dan luas. parkiran besar tp sayang berbayar. sayang kebersihan toilet sangat kurang. prokes kurang, petugas ga dobel masker bahkan sengaja diturunkan. vaksin disini berjalan lancar dan baik.
