★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ga enak banget, bilangnya disini jam setengah 3 tutupnya, gataunya jum'at sabtu cuma sampe jam 10 doang. Abis itu dimarah marahin, baru di depan baru nanya eh udah ketus banget. Masa dibilang gini "ya masa kita harus ngikutin ibu?". Hallo ibu kan pns, pelayan masyarakat, masa cuma 2 menit minta rujukan ke rs aja sampe bilang gtu, klo gini mah namanya makan gaji buta!

Pas sampe disana ditolak bagian pendaftaran (yg di teras) karna poli Kb bisanya hari Selasa
Tolong kerjasama yg baik antar devisi
Jgn 1 bilang iya 1 lg bilang tidak
Friday morning I wanted to go to the Kb poly, before going to the location, the Cs phone said he could get service that day
When I arrived there, the registration section (the one on the terrace) was rejected because Kb poly was usually on Tuesday
Please have good cooperation between divisions
