Tidak ada etika 5S dalam bekerja sebagai pelayanan publik! Protokol Kesehatan pun kurang msh ada yg masih tidak memakai Masker dan menjaga jarak
Service is far from good.
There is no 5S ethics in working as a public service! Health Protocols are still lacking, there are still those who don't wear masks and keep their distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas Teluk Jambe ini Pelayanannya sangat BURUK! Saya datang karna sesuai anjuran satgas Covid, untuk lapor ke puskesmas setempat untuk tahap test Swab PCR Selanjutnya, karna saya dinyatakan positif (Swab Antigent) Saat saya datang, saya ditolak mentah2 oleh petugas di puskesmas ini! Padahal hari itu juga saya mengantar teman saya ke puskesmas lain untuk test swab PCR dan tidak dipersulit.. Alasan mereka bisa terima apabila saya ada kontak erat dengan pasien positiv covid dalam satu keluarga! Sangat tidak koperatif!! Akhirnya saya ke puskemas lain, dan saya bisa mendapatkan kesempatan untuk test Swab PCR di puskesmas wadas.
The service at Teluk Jambe Puskesmas is very BAD! I came because as recommended by the Covid task force, to report to the local health center for the next PCR Swab test, because I tested positive (Swab Antigent) When I arrived, I was rejected out of hand by the officers at this puskesmas! Even though that day I took my friend to another puskesmas for a PCR swab test and it wasn't complicated .. The reason they could accept it was if I had close contact with positive covid patients in the same family! Very uncooperative !! Finally I went to another health center, and I was able to get the opportunity to take a PCR Swab test at the Wadas puskesmas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan puskesmas Teluk Jambe ini SANGAT BURUK.
Saya dan istri datang jam 9 pagi untuk mendapatkan vit A untuk anak bayi, karena posyandu belum ada di RW kami. Saat tiba di puskesmas, ruang resepsionis kosong. Setelah kami panggil barulah ada petugas, namun dia langsung menyuruh kami ke ruang KIA. Di ruang KIA, kami menemui petugas yg sedang sibuk main HP. Ketika kami menanyakan perihal vit A, dia bilang "tidak bisa di puskesmas, datang saja ke posyandu". Pintu ruang KIA pun langsung ditutupnya di hadapan muka kami. Benar-benar mengecewakan. Sangat tidak profesional.
The services at the Teluk Jambe Community Health Center are VERY BAD.
My wife and I came at 9 am to get vitamin A for our babies, because the posyandu was not yet in our RW. When arriving at the puskesmas, the reception room was empty. After we called, there was an officer, but he immediately ordered us to go to the KIA room. In the KIA room, we met an officer who was busy playing cellphones. When we asked about vitamin A, he said "he can't go to the puskesmas, just come to the posyandu". He immediately closed the door to the KIA room in front of us. Really disappointing. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau spill nama ibu2 yg ngeselin tp kasian. Pokoknya gak cocok jadi pelayan masyarakat? minta rujukan ke dr spesialis gak di kasih, malah disuruh bayar umum. Trs buat apa punya bpjs?!

Bicaranya hanya secukupnya saja tidak ada 5s lebih fokus ke hp
Saya mau usg aja udah berbaring petugasnya masih megang hp
Dan hanya nyuruh bajunya di keatasin,, tidak ada penjelasan kondisi janin dll saat proses usg dan lagi hasilnya sangat jelek tidak bisa dipahami sama sekali gambarnya burem
Mungkin karena biayanya murah jadi hasil dan pelayanannya dibawah standar

Maybe because the cost is cheap, the results and service are below standard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa aih sya udh vaksin booster dri 3minggu lalu..smpai saat ini blm ada sertivikat di peduli lindungi nya..disaat sya minta di printkan alasannya tdk ada kertas..sya vaksin booster jga krna ada keperluan.tpi pelayanan nya sangat amat JUDES DN KURANG BAIK.
Disappointed, I received the booster vaccine from 3 weeks ago.. so far there is no certificate to protect it.. when I asked for it to be printed, the reason was that there was no paper.. I had a booster vaccine too because there was a need. GOOD.
