★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rusuh ketika screening, Tidak dipanggil sesuai nomor urut, harus mandiri dengan mengingat orang yg maju sebelum kita siapa. Setelah itu baru kita maju. Kalo pas swab antigen sih rapih, dipanggil namanya.
Petugasnya tidak patuh double mask. Ada yg hanya menggunakan masker kain saja, ada yg double mask tapi pake 2 masker medis. Seharusnya masker medis + masker kain, atau kalo tidak mau double mask gunakan masker KN95.

The officers did not obey the double mask. There are those who only use cloth masks, there are those who use double masks but use 2 medical masks. Should be a medical mask + cloth mask, or if you don't want a double mask use a KN95 mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang di hari Sabtu pagi. Puskesmas nya bersih, gak antri, dokternya baik komunikatif, tapi pelayanan pas awal datang kurang responsif. Ada tamu/pasien datang tidak dilayani, kecuali pasiennya yg aktif tanya/samperin meja petugas.
Kalau utk tamu/pasien baru, kesian hanya menunggu duduk dan gak ngerti musti gimana.
Came on a Saturday morning. The health center is clean, there are no queues, the doctors are good communicative, but the service when they first arrived was less responsive. There are guests/patients who come and are not served, except for the patient who is actively asking/attending the staff's desk.
As for new guests/patients, it's sad to just wait to be seated and don't know what to do.
