★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang buruk, pegawai nya gak ramah. Jutek semuaaaaa. Pas pertama kali dateng kesana malah lagi kutekan padahal itu masih jam kerja. Nanya baik baik malah di jawabnya ketus. Wajar dong nanya, namanya juga gak tau. Niat kerja gak sih mbaaaa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, cuma cetak ulang e-KTP karena ada perubahan status saja sampe 1,5 jam padahal kondisi tidak ramai. Itupun kalau saya ga tegaskan kembali ke karyawan tsb mungkin bisa lebih lama. Sangat buruk pelayanannya. Tolong dong pihak Pemkot Bekasi evaluasi semua karyawan di KECAMATAN PONDOK GEDE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila sih ngurus surat cabut berkas sampai 2 Minggu dr kelurahan suruh E-open sudah memenuhi persyaratan di status sudah selesai tapi waktu sampai ke kecamatan dibilangnya Jaringannya Offline padahal masih pagi , belum ramai juga malah suruh bawa form yang dari kelurahan, TERUS FUNGSINYA E-OPEN APAAAN WOIII ? GAJELAS BGT !!! APA HARUS MENTION KEMENDAGRI DULU BARU BISA DIURUS ?
It's crazy to take care of the withdrawal of the file for up to 2 weeks from the kelurahan, the village office tells E-open to meet the requirements, the status is complete, but when it reaches the sub-district it says the network is offline even though it's still morning, it's not crowded yet, instead told me to bring the form from the kelurahan, CONTINUE THE E-OPEN FUNCTION WHAT WOIII? GAJELAS BGT !!! WHAT SHOULD THE MOHAMENT OF MINISTRY OF MINISTRY OF MINISTRY OF MINISTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NEED TO MENTION IT FIRST TO BE MANAGED?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus KTP, lewat aplikasi e open yang super gak jelas, begitu sudah status "selesai" Atau tinggal ambil, kata petugasnya malah offline, blank habis, trus itu system buat apa? Mana petugasnya satu pun gak Ada yg ramah, KTP sya dilempar. Pelayanan publik yang sang at buruk
Taking care of ID cards, through the e-open application which is super unclear, once the status is "completed" Or just take it, the officer says it's even offline, it's blank, then what is the system for? Which one of the officers is not friendly, my ID card is thrown away. Very bad public service
