Bayiku sampe usia 10 bulan baru dapat vaksin polio 2 kali. Menurut buku pink mestinya dapat 3 kali vaksin. Bidan yg tugas slalu bilang habis.
 It's really hard to get the polio vaccine here.
My baby until I was 10 months old got the polio vaccine 2 times. According to the pink book should get 3 times the vaccine. The midwife who always says is finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan jauh dari kata profesional , banyak alasan dan tidak mau ambil tindak lanjut.
Padahal ada lab buat tes BTA tapi pasien di suruh ke Ciawi , minta surat pengantar saja tidak di kasih dengan alesan BPJS...
Service is far from professional, has many reasons and does not want to follow up.
Even though there is a lab for BTA tests but the patient is told to go to Ciawi, just asking for a cover letter, not giving it with the excuse of BPJS ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayananya buruk, di tambah fasilitas yang kurang memadai jau dari kata layak. plus kebersihan yang hampir kaya rumah kosong yg tak di rawat sampai ada bangkai di toilet?
the service is bad, plus inadequate facilities are far from decent. plus cleanliness that is almost like an empty house that is not cared for until there is a carcass in the toilet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ga bersahabat perlu di revisi ,sistem pendafran juga ribet harus beberapa kali nunggu.saya menyangsikan pernah berobat jangan di kasih anti biotik amoxilin ada alergai malah di kasih,saya juga pernah berobat udah 4 hari tidak di kasi antibiotiok akgirnya saya berobat lagi ke dpusat kesehatan yang lain,yang bagus hanya tukang parkirnya dan pedagng cilok.mohon ldinas kesehatan bogor mendengar keluhan keluhan seperti ini jangan mau di gaji doang dari uang rakyat
The doctor is not friendly, it needs to be revised, the registration system is also complicated, you have to wait several times. I doubt that I have ever been treated, don't give amoxilin antibiotics, I have allergies instead, I have been treated for 4 days without antibiotics, in the end I went to the health center again for treatment the others, the only good ones are the parking attendants and the cilok traders. I beg the Bogor Health Service to hear complaints like this, don't just want to be paid from the people's money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lama, buat rujukan untuk ke rumah sakit saja smpai berjam2. Data pribadi dicari dulu karena ketumpuk sama berkas yg lain sehingga pencarian data pasien sangat lama. Masih manual bukan sistem. Kapasitas Perawatnya tidak mencukupi dan tidak ramah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dibagian pendaftaran kurang baik , nanya² soal penggunaan Bpjs malah d marahin ngomong Ampe teriak² jadi malu diliat ibu² yg lain pdahal baru pertama kali nanya bagaimana minta surat rujukan pake Bpjs toh Bpjs bayar juga tiap bulan . Tolong d adakan skrinning sebelum masuk pendaftaran agar memudahkan kita untuk bertanya² !
The service at the registration section is not good, asking questions about the use of BPJS and even being angry with them, I am shouting, so embarrassed to see other women even though it's the first time asking how to ask for a referral letter using BPJS after all, BPJS pays every month too. Please do a screening before entering registration to make it easier for us to ask questions!
