★ ★ ★ ★ ★ senin tanggal 11 oktober kemarin saya melakukan pendaftaran dgn kartu BPJS aktif. tp petugas meminta saya membayar pendaftaran seperti pasien umum. saya bingung dan ttp membayar, bukankah seharusnya peserta BPJS tdk perlu membayar lagi? saat di RS saja berobat rujukan tgl 13-nya saya tdk diminta bayar pendaftaran atau pelayanan apapun. tdk mungkin petugas puskesmas tdk tahu peraturan peserta BPJS kan
Monday, October 11, yesterday I registered with an active BPJS card. but the officer asked me to pay for registration like a general patient. I'm confused and still pay, shouldn't BPJS participants need to pay again? When I was in the hospital for treatment, on the 13th, I was not asked to pay for registration or any services. It's impossible that the puskesmas officers don't know the rules for BPJS participants, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk saat ini gedung sudah bagus ,, tp kadang ada juga dokter nya yg ngeselin ..., maasa meriksa ny cuman ditanya2 aja ,, -_- makin baik lagi lah pelayanan ny ,,
For now, the building is good, but sometimes there are doctors who are annoying..., when you check, you just have to ask questions... -_- the service is getting better...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was about 3/4 years ago when I used to be rejected by one of the nurse from igd while tryin to have a medical treatment using bpjs. It was around 8/9 pm when my father took me to this puskesmas coz I couldn't barely move. Luckily one of the officers let me get the treatment when we planned to go home in the end. Still it felt nonsense for them to treat the patient that way. It was my first time using the card and kinda traumatic to use it for the second time. I've never been to this place since then.
Anyway, hope you guys improve the services so there won't be other me who traumatized by the public health service.
PS: bpjs really works, we now assign it in another private doctor/hospital
