★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas dan pelayanan semakin baik. Sudah menerapkan program 5R, sehingga semuanya sudah tertata rapih (identitas setiap ruangan tersedia), informatif (tata cara pendaftaran, jadwal petugas, dsb terpasang dan mudah terlihat) dan edukatif ( banyak poster atau banner tentang informasi kesehatan). Kelebihan lainnya adalah terpasangnya sign-sign atau rambu jalur evakuasi jika terjadi keadaan darurat. Artinya sistem safety pun diperhatikan disini. Harus saya akui, ini adalah puskesmas terbaik di wilayah ciawi, megamendung dan cisarua.

I must admit, this is the best puskesmas in the ciawi, megamendung and cisarua areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas ciawi sdh bagus dan maju, dan sdh bnyak menolong orang2 yg membutuhkan, akan tetapi yg perlu di benahi yaitu,system Antrian nya, krn sy sdh antri dr pagi2, dn ada org yg baru dtg, terpaut stngah dr no antrian sy, tp aneh ny,org yg bru dtg tsb yg di layani, sdg kan sy yg sdh antri lama,blm di layani, tlg si perbaiki dm mngharhgai org2 yg sdh mengantri dr pagi, terima ksh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cocok kesini, fasilitas nya juga sudah banyak yang di perbaiki. Cuma ada beberapa petugas yg jutek dan tidak ramah. Apalagi yg di obat. Sering liat nene" atau bapa" yg di bentak, di omelin. Mungkin bisa di perbaiki lagi bagian farmasinya

Jangan sampe salah diagnosa org ya utk staffnya.
Saya ga batuk pilek. Kenapa didftrn batuk pilek?
Padahal di pendaftaran udah blg saya cuma meriang semalem karena plg kerja kehujanan, ga demam tinggi juga, cuma sedikit hangat aja badan saya.
Indra penciuman saya juga baik2 aja, normal, bisa mencium bau.
Ga ada nyeri tenggorokan atau gatal tenggorokan.
Ga nyeri nelen.
Lain kali kalo skrining yg bener. Dan ukur suhunya biar jelas. Jangan asal masukin orang ke ruang khusus batuk flu.
Jelas2 saya ga batuk flu!
Kalo bagian pendaftaran ya tugasnya daftarin orang aja. Jangan disuruh skrining nanya2 gejala. Yang skrining itu nakes. Dan sambil bawa alatnya. Minimal ukur suhunya, jadi jelas apakah dia demam atau tdknya.
Terus sampe dalem ruangan saya cuma ditanya2 soal batuk flu nyeri tenggorokan? Saya bilang engga. Saya jelaskan kemaren saya plg kerja kehujanan dan malem terasa meriang
Tanpa di cek suhu, tidak di tensi, tdk diperiksa, tiba2 langsung disuruh swab aja.
Minimal cek dulu suhu saya, biar jelas apa saya demam tinggi atau tidak.
Jangan main asal swab2 aja. Ko bisa tanpa pemeriksaan langsung ngeswab.
Hasil swab saya (-) non reaktif. Sudah jelas.
Karena saya mmg tdk ada keluhan seperti gejala covid.
