β β β β β Pasien puskesmas memang banyak, tapi jangan di jadikan alasan untuk pelayanan ysng tidak baik! Padahal dari pendaftaran sudah ramah pelayanannya aku suka , sayangnya orang bagian pengecekan kesehatannya tidak ramah! Saya sudah bersikap baik tapi mereka malah tidak ramah sama sekali, semoga mbanya di tegur yah supaya ga menambah penilaian jelek karna 1 orang saja , terimakasih
There are indeed many puskesmas patients, but don't make excuses for poor service! Even though the registration was friendly, I like the service, unfortunately the people in the health check are not friendly! I have behaved well but they are not even friendly at all, hopefully the mbanya will be reprimanded so that they don't add a bad rating because of just one person, thank you

β β β β β Baru kali ini, saya nanya di jutekin abis sama perawat cweknya, wajar dong saya nanya karna bingung... Malah di jawab ketus... Kalo ga mendesak banget ga bakal gua masuk tempat ini... Pelayanan masyarakat tapi seolah2 kami yg butuh banget?padahal gua juga kesitu ga gratis

β β β β β Udah berkali-kali ke sini karena terpaksa.
Tapi ga pernah sekali pun dapet pelayanan yang baik, petugasnya jutek banget.
Sebagai pasien wajar dong kalau kami sering tanya ini itu, tapi ditanggepin pake amarah gitu. Apalagi petugas ibu-ibunya buset dah ga bisa santai kalo ngomong.

But never once got good service, the officers are really bad.
As a patient, it's natural that we often ask this, but we respond with anger. Moreover, the officers, the mothers, are creepy and can't relax when they talk.
