Pelayanan sangat buruk. Tidak ramah...ketidaktelitian dibuat sendiri yang disalahin pasien (pihak pendaftaran) beberapa kali periksa bag KIA selalu buruk, tidak ramah, tidak sopan, bicaranya ketus judes dan tidak membuat enak di hati. Saya tidak menyarankan untuk periksa KIA disini. Kalau di bag gizi gigi masih mendinglah. Kalau KIA 0 besar nilainya. Ini salah satu alasan saya untuk tidak periksa di pkm bayan. Lebih baik pkm yang lain walaupun bukan pkm wilayah.
Very bad service. Unfriendly ... inaccuracy was made by the patient (the registration party) several times. Checking the KIA bag was always bad, unfriendly, disrespectful, he spoke harshly and did not make him feel good at heart. I don't recommend checking out the KIA here. In the nutrition bag, teeth are still better. If KIA 0 is of great value. This is one of my reasons not to check at pkm bayan. It is better if the other pkm is not the area pkm.

Yang saya alami Pelayanan TIDAK MEMUASKAN.Terutama dibagian antrian imunisasi.Terus ada yg dapat no antrian tp tidak dilayani.Dan sudah masuk ruang pelayanan tidak dilayani malah disuruh plg.untuk petugas pendaftaran semua loket dimohon kerjasamanya jangan krj sendiriΒ².
What I experienced was that the service was NOT SATISFACTORY. Especially in the immunization queue. Then there were those who got the queue number but they were not served. And when they entered the service room, they were not served, instead they were told to plg. For registration officers, all counters are requested for cooperation, don't work alone.

Tidak ramah bagian poli KIA judes bgt tidak ramah . Dah nggak lagi2 lah ya trauma ? jujur kecewa bgt sakit hati bgt
Not friendly the KIA poly section is really bitchy and unfriendly. It's no longer traumatizing ? honestly, I'm very disappointed, it hurts a lot

Edited : saya pikir setelah sekian lama kesini lagi bakal ada perubahan,tapi ternyata tidak, banyak karyawan masih jutek,ketus,tidak ramah thd pasien. Apa tidak ada evaluasi yaa? Karena puskesmas yang lain sangat jaauuuh lebih baik / makin baik tiap harinya..heran saya ckckck Banyak pegawai yg tidak ramah,jutek,padahal kalo pasien disenyumi memberi sugesti yang baik lho bu ibuk

Because the other health centers are sooooooo much better / getting better every day.. Pelayanannya tidak RAMAH sama sekali, apalagi bagian imunisasi. Kami tanya baik-baik, eh staffnya jawab Ketus,Jutek. Kalau enggak faham/dengar pertanyaannya perlu tanyakan lagi bukannya pakai nada ketus. Belajar menghargai kalau mau dihargai. Semoga staff di Puskesmas Bayan terutama bagian imunisasi, belajar attitude lebih baik. Terimakasih!
The service is not FRIENDLY at all, especially the immunization department. We asked nicely, the staff answered curtly, Jutek. If you don't understand/hear the question, you need to ask again instead of using a curt tone. Learn to appreciate if you want to be appreciated. Hopefully the staff at the Bayan Health Center, especially the immunization division, will learn to have a better attitude. Thank you!

Bad service, seriously, I do not recommend you to visit this place cause their service so bad ! Idk why they don't have hospitality and respect for the customer
