Katanya kerja melayani masyarakat,giliran minta pertolongan orang yg lg sakit malah pada ketus jawabnya,tolong diperbaiki lagi pelayanannya...kita juga gak minta gratisan

Utk fasilitas parkir perlu dipikirkan kembali,krn dengan luas seperti itu,bila pengunjung membludak maka akan terjadi penumpukan kendaraan dipinggir jalan.apalagi kondisi jalan didepan puskesmas cenderung kecil.
Parking facilities need to be rethought, because with such an area, if there are too many visitors there will be a buildup of vehicles on the side of the road. Moreover, the road conditions in front of the puskesmas tend to be small.

Ceritanya td saya DTG mau daftar vaksin...trs SM petugas disuruh wa dlu sesuai tempat tinggal...saya lgs wa ...kenmr yg dimaksud....yg heran pas saya wa ke nmr org tsb...malah org ya gak tau apa2...dan alamat dia dikutoarjo....dan bukan kerja Dinkes....yg saya heran kok bisa nmr org dicantumkan....???????
The story is that I DTG wanted to register for vaccines... then SM, the officer was told to go according to where I live... I just went to ... the person in question... who was surprised when I went to the person's number... even the person... I don't know anything...and his address is dikutoarjo....and not the work of the Health Office....what I wonder is how come people's numbers are listed....???????

TOLONG BAGIAN PELAYANAN KERJANYA YANG BENER, JANGAN CUMA MAINAN HP, GAK ADA RAMAH2NYA SAMA SEKALI, JAWABAN KETUS, APA BGTU SEBAGAI PELAYAN PUBLIK? btw saya tadi datang ke imunisasi anak dan bertemu ibu ibu berkerudung yang mainan hape.
PLEASE THE SERVICES DEPEND ON THE RIGHT WORK, DON'T JUST JUST A PHONE TOY, THERE'S NO FRIENDSHIP AT ALL, ANSWER SERIOUSLY, WHAT IS HAPPENING AS A PUBLIC SERVICE? btw, I came to the child immunization and met a hooded mother playing with a cellphone.

Untuk masukan saja.. Di masa pandemi sekarang prokes masih kurang saat pelayanan imunisasi bayi dan balita. Cek suhu tidak ada. Untuk petugas imunisasi sarung tangan jangan lepas. Kalau bisa saat imunisasi ditimbang BB dan ukur TB anak juga. Kalau untuk antrian mungkin akan lebih baik jika memakai nomer dan ada petugasnya. Pelayanan jam 8, eeeh jam 7 antrian sdh banyak. Belum lagi kalau ada yang numpuk buku KIA nya di bawah sendiri biar dapat giliran awal padahal sudah ada tumpukan sebelumnya. Kalau masalah jaga jarak saat mengantri ya itu tergantung individu masing-masing pengunjung ya.. Semoga pelayanan puskesmas Mranti yang sudah baik menjadi lebih baik lagi.
Just for input.. During the current pandemic, there is still a lack of progress in providing immunization services for infants and toddlers. No temperature check. Don't take off gloves for immunization officers. If possible during immunization, the weight of the child is weighed and the child's TB is also measured. For queues, it might be better if you use a number and have an officer. Service at 8, eeeh at 7 the queue is already a lot. Not to mention if someone piles up their KIA books under themselves so they can get an early turn even though there is already a pile before. If it's a matter of keeping your distance when queuing, it depends on the individual of each visitor. Hopefully the service of the Mranti Health Center which is already good will be even better.

bagian resepsionis nya ketus banget , ada 2 orang yg saya tanyai jadwal imunisasi anak kapan aja hari nya eh di jawab nya cepat banget kayak males nge-jawab pertanyaan saya dan bahkan gak lihat ke arah saya sama sekali. wow begitu kah pelayanan pegawai puskesmas yg baik??????? emang pertanyaan saya gk penting bagi anda ya mbak mbak , tapi buat saya penting! lagian tugas kalian itu melayani dengan ramah! bisa di tegur gak sih pegawai2 kayak gini ini. masa harus di viralin dulu , di rekam dulu baru ada tindak lanjut? ckckck apa kabar kalau mbah2 atau ibu2/bapak2 yg di ketusin kayak gitu coba kan kasihan

Assalamu'alaikum, mohon maaf sebelumnya, baru saja saya imunisasi anak saya, kenapa ya pelayanan nya seperti itu, yang nyuntik sangat sangat kurang ramah. Saya memang bukan wilayah Mranti, namun saya rasa sangat bisa menyampaikan dengan cara yang sopan dan baik bahwa saya selanjutnya harus ke Gebang. Satu lagi, saya tidak diberi obat pereda nyeri dan demam. Saya sudah tanya ke Bidannya, katanya sudah, tetapi setelah saya cek di dalam buku tidak ada. Puskesmas adalah kantor pelayanan publik. Seyogyanya melayani dengan baik, minimal sekali senyum atau sapaan yang ramah. Tapi saya belum pernah mendapatkan nya selama imunisasi anak saya di sini. Mohon ditindaklanjuti, khusus Bu bidan yang nyuntik anak saya hari ini 22-03-2022 , semoga ke depan lebih ramah dan tidak pelit senyum.
Assalamu'alaikum, I'm sorry in advance, I just immunized my child, why is the service like that, the injectors are very, very unfriendly. I'm not from the Mranti area, but I think I can convey in a polite and kind way that I should go to Gebang next. One more thing, I was not given painkillers and fever. I've asked the midwife, she said yes, but when I checked the book it wasn't there. Puskesmas is a public service office. Should serve well, at least once a smile or a friendly greeting. But I've never had it during my child's immunizations here. Please follow up, especially the midwife who injected my child today 22-03-2022, hopefully in the future it will be more friendly and not stingy with a smile.
