★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering mendapatkan pelayanan dari pegawai PMI ketika ada acara donor darah 3 bulanan. Orangnya baik-baik, ditanya-tanya perihal darah dan sebagainya mau menjelaskan dengan sabar. Tapi sampai sekarang belum pernah masuk ke gedung PMI-nya langsung.
Semoga pelayanannya makin bagus lagi, khususnya terkait informasi adanya doroh darah makin digencarkan baik melalui sms, radio, maupun media sosial.
Dan semoga pegawai-pegawai PMI diberi kesehatan dan rezeki yang lapang barokah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer slow respon malahan gak di bales padahal online, masa iya mau nanya donor darah kalo sebelumnya minum obat tertentu, itu aja gak direspon.
Kalo deket pasti saya langsung kesitu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antar suami untuk donor darah langsung di kantor PMI. Melayani 24 jam. Tempat nyaman dan mudah dicari (bagi yg belum pernah ke kantor PMI).
Pelayanan sangat baik dan memuaskan.
Tapi kalau boleh memberi saran dan masukan mohon snack untuk pendonor diberikan makanan atau minuman yg lebih baik.
Misal susu kotak atau minuman dg ion bahkan air mineral sekalipun, daripada minuman kemasan dg pewarna dan pemanis buatan.
Makanan bisa berbagai jenis roti kering dan tdk harus mahal. Mahal jg tidak apa2 kalau ada dananya ?

But if I may give advice and input, please give the donors a snack or better food or drink.
For example, boxed milk or drinks with ions and even mineral water, rather than packaged drinks with artificial coloring and sweeteners.
Food can be various types of dry bread and does not have to be expensive. It's also expensive, it's okay if you have the funds ?
