Payah rumah sakit ini tidak bisa menangani penyakit berat dan di rumah sakit ini alat alat untuk mengecek penyakit kelas berat sungguh sungguh banyak kekurangan sekali pokoknya kalau ada seseorang yang penyakit berat jangan mau di rawat di rumah sakit ini pokoknya percuma bayar mahal mahal biaya di rumah sakit ini tidak ada obatnya

Untuk bagian pendaftaran si oke oke aja tapi staf dan dokternya di igd agak kurang ramah kaya meremehkan gtu. Seharusnya bisa di adakan training bagaimana cara melayanin pasien dengan baik agar pasien tidak kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Karena pelayanan penting. Semoga saran saya di baca?

Diagnosa ngasal, ngomong tidak sopan Termasuk tim suster yang tugas di shift tersebut jg TIDAK RAMAH terhadap istri saya dan pasien IGD lain Tolong pihak RS review kembali dokter tersebut secepatnya sebelum ada pasien lain yg kecewa lagi

Komunikasi antara staff kurang Td saya konsul k obgyn drujuk k bedah Udah dftar balik d loket pendaftaran d suruh tunggu karena dokter bedah lg ada pengajian kata salah satu staf. Saya menunggu lbh dari 2 jam dengan keadaan perut saya yang benar2 sakit dan salah seorang perawat memanggil saya untuk mengatakan kalau dokter sudah pulang pulang. Tolong dibimbing kembali komunikasi antar staff nya agar lebih memahami.

Rumah sakit dengan pelayanan terburuk, ayah saya sempat masuk ugd sini. Di diagnosa anemia. Dan disuruh transfusi darah. Saat pengambilan darah oleh suster disana harus berkali kali disuntiknya sampai” ayah saya kesakitan. Setelah ambil darah susternya LUPA NGASIH NAMA PADA SAMPLE DARAHNYA. DAN SAYA HARUS BOLAK BALIK KE PMI KARNA KETELEDORAN SUSTER DISANA!! UDAH SALAH BUKANNYA MINTA MAAF MALAH NGOMONGNYA GALAKAN DIA MENTANG2 DIBUTUHKAN! SANGAT2 TIDAK REKOMENDED INI RS.
