★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari Rabu, 31 Juli 2019 pukul 14.00 saya telpon ke operator untuk janji dengan Dokter THT atas nama Dokter Indah. Info di web jadwal praktek pukul 16.00 - 18.00. Saya dapat janji pukul 17.30, saya tiba pukul 17.20. Dan ternyata Dokter Indah sudah pulang sebelum pukul 17.00.
Mengecewakan dan buang buang waktu.
Day Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 14:00 I call to the operator for an appointment with the ENT doctor on behalf of Physicians Beautiful. Info on the web practice schedule at 16:00 to 18:00. I can promise at 17.30, I arrived at 17:20. And it turns out Doctor Beautiful home before 17:00.
Disappointing and wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong pelayanannya di tingkatkan ,karena saya yang sudah lama berobat di sini makin lama malah makin buruk pelayanannya ,dari mulai di administrasi ,hingga nunggu dokter yang sok senior ,sampe nunggu obat serta pembayaran kasir yg terlalu makan waktu ,mungkin kalo di itung2 waktu buat berobat ke rmh sakit ini jika kosong ajah bisa 1 sampai 2 jam . Terima kasih ...
Please improve the service, because I have long been treated here even more and even worse the service, from starting in administration, to waiting for doctors who pretentious seniors, until waiting for drugs and payment of cashiers who take too much time, maybe if it counts at the time for treatment to this hospital if it is empty, it can take 1 to 2 hours. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg kurang memuaskan, bagian pendaftaran swab pcr / admin yg tidak sabaran dan seperti merendahkan pasien nya tidak bisa bayar. Kalau gak bisa memberikan pelayanan dari hati gak usah kerja di pelayanan . Toh kita punya asuransi swasta mau di pakai benefitnya wajar dong mau tanya tanya. Sebelah saya pun punya cerita yg sama “gak ramah orng nya kaya jutek ngomong nya “ .Petugas satpam dan petugas swab baik dan ramah semua , saya harap bukan karena 1 oknum nama rs ini jadi jelek . Tolong lebih ikhlas melayani semoga kedepan nya lebih baik 10/7/21
