★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengantar isteri berobat. Meskipun menggunakan BPJS pelayanan administrasi, perawat maupun dokter relatif cepat dan baik. Kalaupun ada kekurangan adalah sarana ruang tunggu yang kurang luas sehingga pasien ada yg terpaksa berdiri.
 I took my wife for treatment. Although using BPJS administrative services, nurses and doctors are relatively fast and good. Even if there is a shortage, the waiting room facilities are not spacious enough so that some patients are forced to stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pasien bpjs yg ingin control ke poli, sangat sulit, saya menyarankan untuk bisa daftar online dengan dibuat link agar pendaftaran tidak membeludak setiap harinya tetapi ketika sudah diterapkan daftar online, tetap saja diwajibkan untuk datang mendaftar seperti biasa dengan alasan UNTUK DIBUATKAN RUJUKAN BPJS kenapa tidak sekalian saja di link tersebut disediakan untuk upload foto surat rujukan, bpjs, dan data lainnya yg diperlukan untuk membuat RUJUKAN BPJS yang kalian maksud tadi?? Jika mau efesien dari awal ya jgn tanggung² kalo begini kan jadi useless, ada daftar online tpi tetep disuruh daftar dan antri sepertu biasa untuk mendaftar kembali, mending dihapuskan saja kalau begitu daftar onlinenya tidak guna maaf

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prosedur rawat jalan untuk bpjs nya sangat praktis tanpa perlu antri yang lama dan fotokopi yang banyak..perawatnya helpful banget..dokternya baik terutama dr regina sppd, dr lucas sppd, dan dr haekal sp.n...cuman WC nya bau..semoga ada perbaikan ya
the outpatient procedure for the BPJS is very practical without the need for long queues and lots of photocopies.. the nurses are very helpful.. the doctors are good, especially Dr. Regina Sppd, Dr. Lucas Sppd, and Dr. Haekal sp.n...only the toilet smells.. I hope there is a fix

Place of antigen for travel before boarding a plane. Take the queue, scan the barcode, fill in the data. The results are sent to no wa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test PCR, kondisi sedang ramai yang antri. Ada group yang tertawa keras tidak ada yang larang. Petugas pendaftaran pun tidak ramah, bahkan menunjukan nada yang marah kepada orang sebelah saya yang ada kendala di tiket nya. Antri diruang tindakan pun tidak tertib, saya didahului 5 orang bukan dalam antriannya. Didalam ruang tindakan petugas terlalu banyak ngobrol satu sama lain. Saat diambil tindakan pun, membuat saya ragu dengan hasilnya nanti. Karena ditempat lain saat saya test PCR, hidung pasti akan ( sedikit ) sakit, ini tidak sama sekali karena alat hanya masuk setengah hidung. Pengambilan sample dari mulut pun tidak sampai ujung lidah. Jika hasil negatif saya harus ambil test kembali ditempat lain karena ragu dengan keakuratan hasilnya. Saya test karena suami saya positif dan ditest ditempat lain.
Habisin duit ama waktu doang!
PCR test, the condition is crowded with people queuing. There is a group that laughs loudly, no one forbids it. The registration clerk was not friendly, even showing an angry tone to the person next to me who had problems with his ticket. Queuing in the action room was not orderly, I was preceded by 5 people not in the queue. In the action room the officers talked too much with each other. Even when action is taken, it makes me doubt the results later. Because in other places when I did the PCR test, the nose would definitely hurt (a little) this is not at all because the tool only goes in half the nose. Sampling from the mouth did not reach the tip of the tongue. If the results are negative I have to take the test again elsewhere because I doubt the accuracy of the results. I tested because my husband was positive and was tested elsewhere.
Just a waste of money and time!

The service of doctors and nurses at the Eye Polyclinic is very good, the staff is friendly, the waiting area is clean & comfortable, the Hospital CS is fast response, you can register for further control via online too. Thank you, hope it can be maintained. Success always??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sering kesini semenjak peraturan pemerintah mengharuskan swab pcr dan antigen bila ingin menggunakan moda transportasi udara.
Saya senang dengan hasil labnya sangat cepat karena dikirim via wa.
Yg membuat saya tidak tertarik saat saya antri pcr diselak oleh puluhan pegawai dari suatu instansi perkantoran yg baru datang dan langsung dilayani lewat pintu belakang. Akhirnya saya dan pengunjung lainnya antri lebih lama. Kalau bisa agar diperlakukan adil karena kita diberikan nomer antrian. Kalo begitu apa gunanya no antrian yg diberikan satpam dipintu masuk.
Semoga ini menjadi perhatian pihak management rs kartika ini. Agar bisa lebih baik lagi dalam melayani pengunjung tanpa pandang bulu. Kita sama2 bayar sesuai ketentuan. Terimakasih

I am happy that the lab results are very fast because they are sent via wa.
What made me uninterested was when I was queuing for the PC, which was interrupted by dozens of employees from an office agency who had just arrived and were immediately served through the back door. Finally me and other visitors queued longer. If possible to be treated fairly because we are given a queue number. If so, what's the use of the queue number given by the security guard at the entrance.
Hopefully this will be a concern for the management of Kartika Hospital. In order to be better at serving visitors indiscriminately. We both pay according to the terms. Thank you
