Kecewa banget sama service nya di toko ini, udah pesen susu segar hari sebelumnya, (mereka ga kasih nota pengambilan ya waktu aku pesen, aku juga percaya gitu aja dan ga minta notanya karena kan ya GA MUNGKIN LAH ya toko yang punya reputasi bagus bakal BOHONG ke kita) karena waktu aku mau ambil, bilangnya sudah diambil orang lain. Yg bikin kesel, waktu aku telpon mau ambil susunya, jelas banget mereka bilang "oh iya, SUDAH DISIAPKAN" tapi ternyata sesampainya di sana sudah ga ada pesenannya. Kalo emang GA SIAP lebih baik NGOMONG DARI AWAL, bukannya nunggu konsumen datang trus bilang ga ada. kasian konsumen kalo seperti itu caranya, apalagi kalo konsumennya dari luar kota. NOTE BUAT SIAPA AJA YANG MAU KE TEMPAT INI: KALO PESEN SESUATU PASTIIN MINTA NOTA PENGAMBILAN! KALO GA DIKASIH, POKOKNYA MINTA DARIPADA KECEWA.
Too bad there's no minus 5 stars. Very disappointed with the service at this shop, I ordered fresh milk the day before, (they didn't give me a receipt when I ordered it, I also believed that and didn't ask for the note because it's IMPOSSIBLE Yes, a shop with a good reputation will lie to us) because when I was about to pick it up, they said someone else had taken it. What irritates me is that when I called to get the milk, they clearly said "oh yes, it's been prepared" but it turned out that when I got there there was no order. If you are NOT READY, it's better to SPEAK FROM THE BEGINNING, instead of waiting for the customer to come and say nothing. Poor consumers if that's the way, especially if the consumers are from out of town. NOTE FOR ANYONE WHO WANT TO GO TO THIS PLACE: IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A TAKE NOTE! IF YOU DON'T GIVE IT, THE KEY IS ASKING THAN DISAPPOINTED.
