★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengurus surat pindah datang dari luar kabupaten, proses sampai kartu keluarga dan cetak KTP memakan waktu lima hari.
Meski ada yang komplain soal pelayanan yang kurang baik, tapi saya tidak mengalami nya...ada antri pelayanan, tapi tidak lama kok..asal berkas lengkap, proses cepat. Kamis, 10 September 2020 mengurus surat kematian bapak. Kamis, 17 September 2020 mengambil akta Kematian bapak plus legalisir sekalian. Maret 2021, lay out baru.. lebih rapi. November 2021, ada tempat bermain anak.
Taking care of moving letters coming from outside the district, the process to get family cards and print ID cards takes five days.
Even though there are complaints about poor service, I haven't experienced it...there is a queue for service, but it doesn't take long...as long as the files are complete, the process is fast. Thursday, September 10, 2020, take care of your father's death certificate. Thursday, September 17, 2020, take your death certificate plus legalize it all. March 2021, new layout.. neater. November 2021, there is a children's play area.

One-stop service, for various licensing purposes, such as IMB (now called PBG), Practice Permits, Birth Certificates etc. The officers are friendly and polite. Great ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The department has already followed the health protocol by providing a place to wash your hands before entering the building, put spaces between seats, and a plastic-cover on the desk to protect both citizen and officers. However, one of the officer didn't wear mask. It's too bad how such an officer doesn't know the urgency of it.
The service is pretty much good and fast I can say, you won't wait too long for any matters related to civil and family certificate. Unlike other cities where now you can access your birth, and family certificate through internet and easily download it, It's just too bad that this Disdukcapil in Salatiga doesnt provide link to download your family certificate according to the not-wearing mask officer when I asked.
Sadly, they were struggling to turn on the electricity generator (or it doesn't have) when the electricity went off.
