Jumlah antrean harian 10-02-2022 hanya sekitar 50-60 nasabah, padahal jumlah nasabah harian lebih dari itu.. 1-2 thn yg lalu saya kesini juga seperti itu, masa iya tidak ada perubahan.. mohon diberikan solusi agar pelayanan bisa lebih menampung masalah lbh byk nasabah harian
The number of daily queues 10-02-2022 is only about 50-60 customers, even though the number of daily customers is more than that.. 1-2 years ago I was here too, yes, there is no change.. please provide a solution so that service can be better accommodate the problems of more daily customers

Masalah Antrian ke CS: Kapankah antrian ke CS ini akan terlaksana?! Hanya buat mengganti ATM saja harus hunting antrian hingga detik-detik terakhir bln Nov2021. Ini ke6 kali saya datang (10:00-11:00) antrian selalu di atas 100, yg saya perkirakan selesai jam 9 malam bila 1 org = 15 menit. Is there other way to solve the issue, tanpa harus antri jm 5 pagi seperti kebanyakan nasabah BNI (menurut security) - berharap ke depannya BNI (Salatiga) bisa melayani lebih cepat β€” sorry to say, bank swasta sebelah (yg ATM booth nya seabrek itu) bisa! Harusnya BNI Salatiga bisa, harus bisa .... Kalo perlu lakukan inter-bank feasibility study demi kemajuan.
Queue Issues to CS: When will this queue to CS be implemented?! Just to change the ATM, you have to hunt the queue until the last seconds of Nov 2021. This is my 6th time coming (10:00-11:00) the queue is always above 100, which I estimate will end at 9 pm if 1 person = 15 minutes. Is there another way to solve the issue, without having to queue at 5 am like most BNI customers (according to security) - hope that in the future BNI (Salatiga) can serve faster β€” sorry to say, the private bank next door (the ATM booth is that big ) can! BNI Salatiga should be able to, must be able to .... If necessary, conduct an inter-bank feasibility study for progress.

antrean bisa lama banget kalo hari jumat, entah karna mo weekend ato emng sehari2 antrenya begitu.. bener2 nunggu lama dari setengah 9 sampe jam 3 cuman buat aktifin M banking tuh.. waktu kesana parkir diluar berbayar, karna parkir di area parkir di tutup semenjak covid ktny untk menjaga jarak aman...

Enam kali ke BNI ambil antrian CS gak pernah ditanya keperluannya. Enam kali selalu pulang sore dengan tangan hampa tidak berhasil ganti ATM chip. Pagi ini pun begitu, satpam tidak tanya keperluannya apa. Tanya antrian CS sudah sampai nomor 53 Giliran mau ambil uang lewat teller tapi tidak bawa ATM lama disuruh ganti ATM dulu dan ternyata ada antrian khusus untuk yg ganti ATM. Tolong satpam nya dibimtek pak/bu. Terutama satpam yg bagi nomor antrian jam 5,6,7 pagi Kenapa tidak ditanya dulu keperluannya tiap nasabah. Kan sia sia saya 6x antri sampai sore Trimkasih

Pelayanan sangat ramah tempat bersih Cs sangat sabar dan sopan sayang antrian cs y lama banget
The service is very friendly, the place is clean, Cs is very patient and polite, it's a shame the queue for cs is so long

Bad service on the customer service, very long queue, but they seem to be so slow at serving the customer, very very very slow, they make the customer wait for more than 30 minutes on every single person who have been waiting for more than an hour, they should increase their quality of working
