β β β β β Pelayanannya sungguh amat jelek, perlu di perbaiki, saya sudah mengajukan IMB jauh sebelum lebaran, minggu lalu ditanya minggu ini IMB jadi, tapi minggu ini ditanya lagi, katanya mau disurvey lagi karna dulu sudah disurvey tapi belum bisa masuk ke lokasi, pada saat dulu survey tidak ada pemberitahuan kapan akan disurvey (memangnya sipemilik harus selalu ada di lokasi hanya untuk menunggu tim survey datang?)
Itupun disurvey lagi masih minggu depan
Bilang saja sejak dulu belum disurvey (kelupaan)
Saya sangat menyayangkan, jika memang dulu sudah disurvey dan tidak bisa masuk ke lokasi, kenapa tidak menghubungi pemilik
Lha kalau kemarin saya tidak datang untuk menanyakan IMB apa terus sampai selamanya tim survey tidak menghubungi pemilik
Kerja yang bener dong, seperti ini membuat semuanya tertunda
Kapan bangsa kita akan maju!!!

β β β β β Pelayanan mereka buruk. IMB saya udah jadi lama, mau saya tebus, katanya sedang dicarikan arsip/barangnya. Sebulan lebih saya mondar-mandir ngecek, jawaban tetap sama "sedang dicarikan". Sebulan lebih cari apaan lu?? Hei ini kantor pemerintah bung! Apakah arsip dan data anda sangat semrawut sampai gak ketemu juga??? Juga website anda ini website apaan kok gak bs diakses??
