I've been waiting for almost an hour, finally the test didn't happen because the queue was grabbed by other people who were "represented by the queue"

saya dan Banyak kawan2 PDIP waktu bimtek tgl 10 di swab tapi ga Muncul di PEDULI LINDUNGI... katanya akan connect... BOHONG bangett... Mana bayarnya mahal lagi dari pada yg lain.. semoga Management menindak lanjuti cerita ini... mendingan cari tempat lain aja...daripada batal Terbang !!!
SWAB ONLY... LIE... ONLY
Me and a lot of PDIP friends during the technical guidance on the 10th were swab but didn't show up at CARE FOR PROTECTION... they said they would connect... that's a LIE... Which is more expensive than others... I hope Management will follow up on this story... better find another place...rather than cancel Flying!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya mbak dan masnya ramah, pelayanannya juga cepat gak bertele2.. Hasil antigennya 5 menit udah keluar untuk penerbangan.. Mantappp, bakal langganan disini antigennya.. ?
The staff, Ms. and Mas are friendly, the service is also fast, not long-winded.. The antigen results have been released in 5 minutes for the flight.. Great, I will subscribe here for the antigen..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik sampah! Udah telepon 7kali gak diangkat, buat apa punya telepon. Pas dateng gaboleh masuk sama satpam jutek banget, alesannya mau istirahat (durasinya sejam), jd mesti nunggu buat antri doang, belum antri swabnya. Istirahat kan bisa digilir nakes dan staffnya, jd operasional bs tetap berjalan dong!
Trash clinic! I've called 7 times and haven't picked up, what's the point of having a phone. When you arrive, you can't go in with the security guard, the reason is that you want to take a break (the duration is an hour), so you just have to wait to queue, not queue for the swab. Rest can be rotated by the health care provider and his staff, so operations can continue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datamg jam 7.45 sengaja lebih awal karena buka jam 8, tp malah harus menunggu suster datang jam set 9 dengan alasan suster nya biasa belanja dulu & jauh dr depok. Alasan ini menandakan ketidak profesionalan dalam pelayanan karena itu bukan urusan customer. Karena diinfo dr WA swabaja jam 8 sudah buka.
I arrived at 7.45 deliberately early because it opens at 8, but instead I had to wait for the nurse to come at set 9 because the nurse used to shop first & was far from Depok. This reason indicates unprofessionalism in service because it is not the customer's business. Because it was informed by WA swabaja at 8 it was already open.
