,bawa penyakitnya pulang lagi. Tolong ditindak itu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaada bagus2nya pelayanan klinik ini (kalo bisa ga kasi bintang ama sekali deh) semua susternya pada songong! masa karna kaka saya teriak2 sakit karna dia takut jd kukunya sudah setengah patah dan harus di obatin, tapi Itu suster ga sabar banget langsung dilempar dong kapasnya dan suruh bersihin sendiri. Situ kira kaka saya pake berobat gratisan?
Perasaan orang berobat dipuskesmas yg gratis aja ga begitu pelayanannya.
Cukup deh 1x kesini kapok.
The service at this clinic is not good (if you can not give it a really good star) all the nurses are in songong! because my brother was screaming sick because he was afraid that his nails were half broken and had to be treated, but the nurse was really impatient that she immediately threw the cotton and told her to clean it herself. There, I think I used free medical treatment?
The feeling of people seeking treatment at a free health center is not the service.
Just come here 1x, give up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelumnya saya pertama kali datang ke klinik ini dan kondisi klinik pada saat itu cuma ada beberapa orang saja, lumayan sepi. Pas dtg di bagian pendaftaran saya ketemu sama penjaga nya yang super duper amat jutek. Cara dia natap orang, cara dia memberikan pelayanan, itu sangat buruk menurut saya. Tolong pihak klinik sekiranya ingin merekrut karyawan ada baiknya dilihat dulu dari segi attitude dan service nya dengan baik. Supaya tidak ada lagi review yang jelek terhadap klinik ini. Previously I came to this clinic for the first time and the condition of the clinic at that time was only a few people, it was quite quiet. When I arrived at the registration section, I met the guard who was super duper, very rude. The way he looks at people, the way he provides service, it's very bad in my opinion. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kualitas pelayanan perlu ditingkat kan lagi keramahannya, staf2 nya apa kurang gaji ya? Tolong ditambah dong gajinya, kualitas bisa meningkat kalau upah yang di dapat sesuai.
Harga obatnya gila muahal banget, 2x lipat dari harga HET.
Harga konsultasinya juga 2x lipat dari harga normal, padahal dokter umum.
