★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here to get a 10am brunch on aSaturday morning. The place was empty no dine-in customers on sight. There are some Gojek/Grab drivers picking up orders though.
The burger was fine, french fries wasnice and crunchy. I have nothing to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is ok, but the hand washing facilities is dirty so I have no intention to go to rest room. The food taste is ok for me, but kids love it. Burger sauce is too sweet. For beef strips & cheese tots fries, first it tastes good, but over time it feels nauseated. Hope they can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best find in 2021!! Double messy chicken burger from Flip is undoubtedly the best ?? if you like super spicy food, hot chicken sandwich or K-food sauce flavor (like Ttoppoki), make sure you try this! Best eaten with a cold beverage of choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really good, especially the mentaiko series, but the place is also very run down and dirty. I cannot in good conscience recommend anybody to eat here, simply for the fact that I feel the hygiene is very compromised

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is fine, but the place is dirty, especially the tables and floors. Air conditioner is also not cool, so if it's packed it may get hot. But the taste is delicious, amazing. Sometimes there's also a promo but if we get there by ourself.

Located at Jl. Boulevard Raya beside Menara Satu Sentra & Boulevard Utara LRT station, it has a quite large parking area.
* Bad points:
The building seems old & not so clean. Inside, the dining tables are not so clean perfectly, also smells bad like an old building or there are bat/rat droppings. Smells bad. Makes me a lil disgusted, not a comfortable place to have a breakfast/lunch/dinner. I recommend you to take away, not dine in. Trust me. The service also not so fast, because when I came here there are only 2 staffs worked.
* Good points:
The menus are awesome from burgers, fries & beverages. The tastes also good. You can order various burgers: smacker, cheese burger, double cheeseburger, beef burger or mushroom black pepper. The snacks also good: onion rings, chicken fingers, chicken wings or french fries. Beverages are standard, my favourite is kopi gula aren. The price is medium-high range but for a good taste, it's worth. The AC (air conditioner) also great, super cool, for a hot place like Jakarta, I super like it.
